  • Publication number: 20220316000
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide an optical detection method and a quantification method of a product obtained by amplifying a target nucleic acid contained in a paper piece of a blood spot in a filter paper obtained by blotting blood on a filter paper and then drying the blood using nucleic acid amplification reaction by real-time PCR and to further provide a kit used for the methods. The invention provides a method and a kit which can optically detect and quantify a target nucleic acid from a dried blood spot in a filter paper by real-time PCR without any complicated pretreatment, by adjusting the size of the punched piece of the dried blood spot in a filter paper or the whole blood amount contained in the punched piece, the amount of the PCR reaction reagent, or performing the PCR reaction in a PCR reaction tube closed with a cap.

  • Patent number: 8555285
Abstract: A task control computer program includes computer executable instructions which when executed by a computer, cause the computer to execute an operating system as a task. The computer is caused to perform determining whether there is an executable non-idle process under control of the operating system and changing a set priority of the operating system task to a priority higher than the primary priority of the operating system task when it is determined that there is an executable non-idle process with the specified time elapsed.

  • Patent number: 8233497
Abstract: A communication control apparatus controls radio communications with other communication device through a relay device. The communication control apparatus includes a transmission control unit that notifies a data transmission to the relay device, and performs the data transmission to the relay device when the transmission control unit receives a response to the notification from the relay device indicating that the data transmission is possible, and stops a data transmission when the transmission control unit receives a response to a notification made by another communication device from the relay device, a collision conjecture unit that conjectures a collision of frames at the data transmission in accordance with a predetermined condition, and a threshold value control unit that sets a threshold value to determine an assertion or a negation of the transmission control unit in accordance with a result of the conjecture of the collision.

  • Patent number: 8006879
Abstract: A driving piston 4 is provided slidably up and down in a driving cylinder 3 arranged in a tool body 1. By moving a movable sleeve 10 provided at the upper portion of the driving cylinder 3 up and down, the movable sleeve 10 is brought into contact with and separated from the driving cylinder 3 and a cylinder head 8 provided above the driving cylinder 3, whereby a combustion chamber can be opened and closed. Mixture gas obtained by stirring and mixing combustible gas and air together in the combustion chamber by a fan 16 is ignited by an ignition plug 15 disposed at the cylinder head 8 and explosively combusted. By this high-pressure combustion gas, the driving piston 4 is impulsively driven, and a driver 5 coupled to the lower surface side of the driving piston drives nails.

  • Patent number: 7308995
Abstract: A nailing machine includes a switch operating member 40 for setting to switch respective modes of single striking and continuous striking, and pivot restricting mechanism for restricting a contact lever 34 for operating a valve stem 19 of a start valve 15 from being pivoted in cooperation with the switch operating member 40 set to switch to the single striking mode. By the pivot restricting mechanism, an amount of pivoting the contact lever 34 at a position of operating to draw a middle of a trigger lever 31 in the single striking mode is restricted, and a valve stem 19 is maintained to maintain a state of operating to make the start valve 15 ON. Therefore, a reaction of the nailing machine in the continuous striking is reduced, further, dribble in the single striking mode is prevented from being brought about. In addition thereto, an erroneous operation in connecting an air chuck is prevented.
