The method further includes sending by the virtual assistant computing device, a policy decision recommendation to the mobile device and receiving, by the virtual assistant computing device, a response from the mobile device indicating whether to perform the transaction. The method further includes facilitating, by the virtual assistant computing device, performance of the transaction and generating, by the virtual assistant computing device, an expense report associated with the transaction.

The method may include receiving a request comprising a list of a plurality of identifiers, the remote computing device transmitting the single request to the processor in response to the remote computing device detecting an event; parsing the list of the plurality of identifiers into a first set of identifiers and a second set of identifiers; retrieving a first restriction policy and a second restriction policy; generating a plurality of virtual cards for the plurality of entities by generating a first set of accounts and a second set of accounts; and linking a first set of virtual cards to corresponding accounts of the first set of accounts and a second set of virtual cards to corresponding accounts of the second set of accounts; and provisioning the generated plurality of virtual cards to the remote computing device.
