The first circuit board is arranged above the second circuit board so that, on the back side of the display panel, a mounting surfaces of the first and second circuit boards are approximately in parallel with a display surface of the display panel and do not overlap each other. Each of the first and second circuit boards have a primary mounting surface on which a large number of electrical components are mounted, and a secondary mounting surface that is opposite the primary mounting surface. The primary mounting surface of the first circuit board is arranged in an inverted orientation to the primary mounting surface of the second circuit board. A radiator with fins is provided on the secondary mounting surface side of the first circuit board.
