    Abstract: A current interruption device includes a conductive plate and a first deformable plate. The conductive plate includes a center portion and a peripheral portion surrounding the center portion. An upper surface of the center portion is formed in a planar shape spreading in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal thereto in a conductive state. The peripheral portion includes an inclined portion extending outward from a boundary between the center portion and the peripheral portion. An upper surface of the inclined portion is inclined so as to increase a distance to the first deformable plate as the upper surface of the inclined portion becomes farther away from the center portion when the conductive plate and the first deformable plate are viewed along the first direction or the second direction in the conductive state.

Each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers is configured to seal a gas in an inner region between the first flexible portion and the second flexible portion. A coupler that couples the plurality of diaphragm dampers together includes holders that hold the rims of the plurality of diaphragm dampers. A gap is provided between the holder of the coupler and the welded portion of each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers.
