Abstract: This invention relates to a color image recording apparatus, which once records an image on an intermediate sheet by means of a recording means, and then transcribe the recorded image on any desired recording sheet. Where, in the step of recording on the dye depositing layer of intermediate sheet, the color image is recorded for a length longer than that the sheet holding body can hold the intermediate sheet at one time by repeating the process cycle of multi color-recording with the intermediate sheet held sticking fast on the sheet holding body and releasing of the intermediate sheet from the tight holding; and then the dye depositing layer carrying the recorded image is transcribed on any desired recording sheet.In doing this way, snaking motion and slipping of the intermediate sheet are prevented, heat shrinkage of the intermediate sheet is curtailed to produce a quality color image having precise alignment of color positioning on any desired recording sheet.

Abstract: A kimchi-like food produced by combining dried stalks of sanzo-sai, conventional kimchi additives, and improved kimchi additives, and processing the combination according to a new process which includes a two-step aging process. The resulting kimchi-like food is crisp, full-flavored, and sour, and maintains these qualities through long-term storage.

Abstract: A writing instrument case includes a case body, a lid frame releasably attached to the case body, an edge member provided at an opening of the casy body such as to engage with the lid frame, the edge member having a row of through-holes through which writing instruments may be inserted one by one, a retainer plate made of flexible material and provided between the edge member and the case body, the retainer plate having retaining holes aligned with the through-holes, each of the retaining holes having an inner pheriphery on which protrusions are appropriately provided. The case body has a recessed edge on the upper portion of its periphery surface, while the lid frame has a protruding member engaging with the recessed edge.

Abstract: Disclosed is a vacuum valve apparatus comprising a valve head, a motor for driving the valve head, means for checking the position of the valve adapted to issue a first signal upon detecting that the valve head is moved to be within a predetermined valve-closed range, means for checking electric current adapted to issue a second signal when the driving current for the motor is increased to a predetermined value, switching means adapted to cut the driving current supply to the motor upon detecting said second signal, and means for issueing a third signal for confirming the complete closure of the valve when both of the first and the second signals are simultaneously obtained.

Abstract: Electric pulses are counted, and are converted into an electric signal proportional to the number of the counted pulses. An electron beam for irradiating a sample is deflected in response to the electric signal. The counting can be voluntarily stopped with a switch.
