  • Publication number: 20090058749
Abstract: A primary radiator for a parabolic antenna includes a cylindrical horn antenna body widened towards an end opening in a cone shape, a horn cap provided at the end opening of the horn antenna body, and a plurality of cylindrical protruding portions formed of a dielectric. The protruding portions are provided on the inner wall surface of the horn cap, concentric with a central axis of the horn antenna body, and concentrically arranged with each other, and the height of an inner one is determined to be higher than an outer one. According to such a configuration, a primary radiator for a parabolic antenna configured to favorably suppress the VSWR up to a bandwidth of 1050 MHz can be provided.

  • Patent number: 7144541
Abstract: A method for fabricating a molded resinous part with a metal distributed in a surface thereof comprising: kneading a low-melting metal and a resin having a curing temperature lower than a solidification point of the low-melting metal in a molten state; and injection-molding the resulting kneaded mixture into a mold whose temperature is set to a temperature equal to or lower than the solidification point of the low-melting metal and higher than the curing temperature of the resin, thereby obtaining a molded resinous part comprising the resin as a core and the low-melting metal in a surface thereof.

  • Patent number: 5281061
Abstract: A separable rotary tool adapter consists of a low-speed rotary unit (A) having casings (1, 2); a first rotary shaft (3) in the casing connectable to a driving shaft of the machine tool and a second rotary shaft (5) orthogonally drivingly connected to the first shaft; a high-speed rotary unit (B) having a casing (15) detachable to the casing of the low-speed rotary unit (A); a rotary shaft (20) in the casing of the high-speed unit having a free end portion (23) connectable with a rotary tool; and a planetary roller mechanism having two parts engageable with and disengageable from each other in the axial direction, each part being cooperatively associated with one of the high-speed rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft. In the low-speed rotary unit (A), a first part of the planetary roller mechanism is attached to the second rotary shaft (5) engaged with the first rotary shaft (3) at right angles via a transmission mechanism and includes planetary roller driving retainers (9) or shaft pins (10).
