  • Patent number: 11929787
Abstract: An optical transmission apparatus of an embodiment is an apparatus for redundantly transmitting a multiplexed signal obtained by multiplexing N (N is an integer of 2 or greater) optical signals having different wavelengths, the apparatus including: a first demultiplexing unit to which a first multiplexed signal is input, the first demultiplexing unit configured to demultiplex the input first multiplexed signal into the N optical signals; N first detection units to which the N optical signals demultiplexed by the first demultiplexing unit are respectively input, each of the N first detection units configured to detect presence or absence of deterioration of a corresponding input optical signals of the input optical signals based on a signal level of the corresponding input optical signal; a second demultiplexing unit to which a second multiplexed signal is input, the second demultiplexing unit configured to demultiplex the input second multiplexed signal into the N optical signals; N second detection units to

  • Publication number: 20220138654
Abstract: A demand prediction unit predicts a time series of demand values related to a predetermined prediction period using a predictive model. The predictive model is a learned model learned to output a demand value of an energy source by inputting an operation plan value of a plant and a predicted value related to an environment of the plant. An optimizing unit specifies operating indices of a plant that satisfy a plurality of demand values and satisfy a desired condition for each time related to the predicted time series of demand values. A presentation unit presents information related to the time series of operating indices related to the prediction period.

  • Publication number: 20160133202
Abstract: Provided is a multi-monitor system that includes display devices having different luminance levels with respect to the same set luminance value and that can easily match the luminance levels of the display devices. A multi-monitor system including a plurality of display devices includes a processor that, on the basis of respective luminance information values of a particular display device and the other display device of the plurality of display devices and a set luminance value of the particular display device arbitrarily set by a user, calculates set luminance value of the other display device in such a manner that luminance level of the other display device becomes substantially equal to a luminance level of the particular display device.

  • Patent number: 8927286
Abstract: A shoot of a plant is cultivated under the presence of glutathione, so that the shoot is rooted. It is possible to cultivate the shoot under the presence of glutathione by use of a rooting medium including glutathione or by contacting a solution including glutathione with the shoot. Oxidized glutathione is preferably used as glutathione. By promoting rooting of the shoot of the plant, a rooting rate of the shoot of the plant is improved. This improves productivity of a clone seedling.

  • Publication number: 20110316840
Abstract: In the multi-monitor environment in which a plurality of monitors are connected to a PC, a human sensor is mounted on at least one monitor, and the PC controls the switching of the operation states of the plurality of monitors according to the detection result of the human sensor. When all the human sensors have detected the absence of the user, the monitors are operated in a sleep mode or a power OFF mode; and when at least one human sensor has detected the presence of the user, the monitors are operated in an ordinary operation mode.
