    Abstract: In the stator of a electric rotary machine in which heat conductive insulation resin is filled at the end portions of a stator coil, the material of a stator core, the stator coil, the heat conductive insulation resin and a frame is selected such that a linear thermal expansion coefficient &agr;1 of the stator core, a linear thermal expansion coefficient &agr;2 of the stator coil, a linear thermal expansion coefficient &agr;3 of the heat conductive insulation resin being filled and a linear thermal expansion coefficient &agr;4 of the frame satisfy a relation that &agr;1<&agr;2 <&agr;4 ≦&agr;3. A cooling medium path is integrally formed within the frame made from aluminum through die casting molding.

    Abstract: A coated cutting tool has high wear resistance in a high-speed cutting operation of steel. The tool is made of a hard sintered substrate and has a hard coating layer deposited on a surface of the substrate. This hard coating layer includes a hard material layer and an inner layer having 0.1 to 10 &mgr;m for an average thickness with residual compressive stress. The inner layer is applied by physical vapor deposition. The hard coating layer also has an aluminum oxide layer as an outer layer having 0.1 to 5 &mgr;m for an average thickness. This outer layer is applied by chemical vapor deposition at a middle temperature.

    Abstract: A linear shape straight angle line is transformed to form U-shape configuration in advance and by sandwiching a stator tooth portion to adjacent slots linear shape two sides are inserted and using a thin plate rod shape chip between both ends of U-shape side of the above stated coil is connected and then the coil is formed to have one winding close circuit. The plural coils are inserted and as stated in above between the both ends of an anti-U-shape side is connected, and a stator coil for forming a predetermined winding turn number is obtained. When an end face of the anti-U-shape side and the thin plate shape chip are overlapped and connected, a plate thickness of a portion in which they are overlapped is reduced by half respectively, and when they are overlapped, it becomes the plate thickness which corresponds to a plate thickness of the above stated straight angle line coil. A length of a coil end portion can be shortened widely.

While a CD-R is being operated, current is applied to the electromagnetic coil to restrain the movable member on the stator and thereby prevent the first lever from rotating, and the movement of the second lever in the direction away from the initial position is limited due to the engagement between the first lever and the second lever, thereby locking a protection cover at a closed position.
