  • Patent number: 9483031
Abstract: An electronic timepiece has a main plate 120 for a movement 110 that drives a time display unit inside an outside case 80; an annular antenna 40 housed inside the case 80 and positioned relative to the main plate 120; and aback cover 85 that engages the case 80. A circuit bridge 130 disposed below the main plate 120 has an upward pressure part 131 that pushes the main plate 120 to the time display unit side when the case 80 and back cover 85 are engaged. The main plate 120 has a movement top positioning part 122 that contacts the vertical positioning surface and positions the main plate 120 vertically to the case 80 when the main plate 120 is lifted toward the time display side by the upward pressure part 131.

  • Patent number: 7536779
Abstract: A magnetic core portion 16, a residual base material portion 42, and a connecting portion 43 are formed by pressing from a base material 40. Notches 18A are formed at a peripheral edge of the magnetic core portion 16, which is bent in the direction of the plate thickness to form a temporary fixing portion 18. When base materials 40 are overlapped to cut the magnetic core portions 16 from the connecting portion 43, the magnetic core portions 16 are pressed in directions toward one another so that the temporary fixing portion 18 is filled between notches 18A in the other magnetic core portion 16, to fix temporarily the other magnetic core portions 16. Since the magnetic core portions 16 are temporarily and simultaneously fixed by pressing in a cutting step normally carried out, the magnetic core portions can be temporarily fixed with ease.

  • Patent number: 6940786
Abstract: An electronic timepiece that maintains the mounting integrity of an electronic circuit substrate and an electronic circuit component mounted on the electronic circuit substrate. In a movement 1 including a main plate 2 composed of an electric insulting material, a stepping motor 10, a wheel train 4, and a wheel train bridge for supporting the wheel train 4, an electronic circuit substrate 20, on which an electronic circuit component 22 for controlling the rotation cycle of the stepping motor 10 is mounted, is attached to an end portion of an coil magnetic core 12 of the stepping motor 10, and the relatively large electronic circuit component 22 is positioned by being superimposed on the coil magnetic core 12 in a plane. Accordingly, the electronic circuit substrate 20 formed of a synthetic resin film and the like can be reliably attached to the coil magnetic core 12, and the mounting integrity the electronic circuit component 22 can be maintained.
