  • Publication number: 20130218422
Abstract: Provided is a method of controlling the regenerating condition by use of a construction machine having an upper revolving structure with a hybrid drive unit, and a lower traveling body, wherein when in a brake mode, the hydraulic motor is neutralized by the internal communication of an inlet port and an outlet port of the hydraulic motor via a communication valve, such that most of the kinetic (inertia) energy is efficiently transduced into electric energy by way of regenerative power generation for electric storage, and such that the switchover between driving and regenerative power generation is rendered in the optimal condition. The control unit determines the control mode of the control unit in accordance with the rotation direction of the hydraulic actuator, the operating direction of the hydraulic actuator controller, the actual rotational velocity of the hydraulic actuator, and the manipulated variable of the hydraulic actuator controller.

  • Publication number: 20130195143
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of measuring a cutting temperature for an apparatus for a cutting process, when the apparatus for a cutting process includes a shank and a tool jointed to the shank by means of silver solder, the shank being electrically conductive, the tool being electrically nonconductive. The method includes: connecting a first lead wire to the shank, connecting a second lead wire to the silver solder, and measuring thermal electromotive force that is generated between the first lead wire and the second lead wire.

  • Publication number: 20130187925
Abstract: A logging data about a signal identifier of the I/O signals which changed in on/off state are stored in a ring buffer. A logging screen includes identifier display parts, logic-graph display parts and first and second cursors. The logic-graph display parts display logic graphs associated with signal identifiers, respectively. When any one of the identifier display parts displayed on the logging screen is clicked, the logging screen is changed to an input window. If a desired input identifier is input in the input window, the logging data associated with the signal identifier is read from the ring buffer and the logic graph is displayed in the logic-graph display parts. The logic graph can be modified.

  • Publication number: 20130167350
Abstract: A work setting apparatus includes a lower table 15, an upper table 17, and a work holding unit 19 provided with a plurality of work holders 25 each having an adhesive to hold a work. A work setting method sets a second work W2 held by the work holders 25 onto a first work W1 set on the lower table 17. A work holder removing method removes the work holders 25 from the second work W2 set on the first work W1 by vibrating the first and second works W1 and W2 on the lower table 15.

  • Publication number: 20130152368
Abstract: A work setting apparatus includes a lower table 15 on which a first work W1 is set, an upper table 17, and a work holding unit 19 having a plurality of work holders 25 each having an adhesive to hold a second work W2. The work setting apparatus lowers the work holders until a predetermined short distance is established between the first and second works and drops the second work from the work holders onto the first work, thereby setting the second work onto the first work.

  • Publication number: 20130147078
Abstract: A pressure detector which detects a pressure of a material in a cylinder, and a pressure compensator which compares, in injection control, a preset value of an injection pressure with an actual measurement value of the injection pressure detected by the pressure detector, generates an injection speed command to a servo motor based on a comparison value, and varies a proportional gain based on a deviation of the actual measurement value of the injection pressure from the preset value of the injection pressure.

  • Publication number: 20130139372
Abstract: There is provided a melt supply pipe for aluminum die casting which is strong to mechanical impact and is excellent in the melting loss resistance to a molten aluminum alloy and which has a significantly extended life. The melt supply pipe for connecting a melting furnace and a plunger sleeve of a die casting machine, includes an inner ceramic pipe and an outer steel pipe fitted to the inner pipe, wherein a Ni alloy layer is formed over the inner circumferential surface of the outer steel pipe, and TiC particles are bonded to the surface of the Ni alloy layer.

  • Publication number: 20130134236
Abstract: A painting robot system includes a robot and a spray gun unit. The robot includes a plurality of robot arms and a drive shaft member disposed on a distal end robot arm of the multiple robot arms, the drive shaft member being rotatable about a distal end drive axis. The spray gun unit is mounted on the robot arm. The spray gun unit includes a support member fixed to the distal end robot arm, guide members disposed on the support member, a plurality of spray guns disposed on the support member, and a linkage mechanism connecting between the movable spray guns and the drive shaft member. A spacing between at least one pair of adjacent spray guns can be varied via the linkage mechanism by rotating the drive shaft member of the robot.
