  • Patent number: 9386537
Abstract: The present invention is a device which, when a second wireless system shares the use of a frequency which is allocated to a first wireless system, estimates receiving power when a second wireless signal which is transmitted from a transmission station of the second wireless system is received at a receiving station of the first wireless system. The receiving power estimation device comprises a correction means for correcting a receiving power estimate value of the second wireless signal at the first wireless system receiving station which is computed using an estimate value of path loss from the second wireless system transmission station to the first wireless system receiving station, said correction using a receiving power measurement value of the second wireless signal which is measured in a transmission station periphery sensor station which is a sensor station which is located in the periphery of the second wireless system transmission station.

  • Publication number: 20160165535
Abstract: Because it is not possible to sufficiently reduce the number base stations that start uselessly in spite of being in a low traffic state, it is not possible to lower interference between adjacent cells and power consumption sufficiently. A base station starts transmission of a control signal with predetermined power when communication between another base station and a mobile station is started and a first predetermined condition is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20160105815
Abstract: A method and a device for estimating a communication load, as well as a radio station and an upper-level apparatus in a radio communication system, are provided that can estimate a communication load in a target network with high accuracy by using received quality information. A communication load estimation function (1) for estimating a communication load in a network (NW) estimates the communication load in the network by using at least a first quality indicator (Q1), which is a quality measurement value including entire received power, and a second quality indicator (Q2), which is a quality measurement value including the signal-to-noise-and-interference ratio of a reference signal.

  • Patent number: 9237574
Abstract: A spectrum control system according to the present invention is a spectrum control system that evaluates whether or not to allow a second wireless communication system to perform secondary use on a frequency band that is allowed to be preferentially used by a first wireless communication system, and includes a request distinguish unit (102) that evaluates a possibility of the secondary use influencing the first wireless communication system and an evaluation unit (101) that evaluates whether or not to allow the secondary use of the frequency band, which has been evaluated that there is a possibility that the frequency band may influence the first wireless communication system using an evaluation criterion more specific than that of the request distinguish unit (102).

  • Patent number: 9155099
Abstract: [Problems] Because it is not possible to reduce sufficiently the number of base stations that starts uselessly in spite of being in light traffic state, it is not possible to lower interference between adjacent cells and power consumption sufficiently. • Patent number: 9091641
Abstract: A sample measurement device (110), in which a biosensor (30) having an electrode is mounted, voltage is applied to the electrode, and the concentration of a specific component in a sample deposited on the biosensor (30) is measured, comprises a voltage source (19) configured to apply voltage to the electrode, a time measurement component (22), and a controller (18) configured to control the voltage to be applied and measure the concentration of the specific component. The time measurement component (22) measures a detection time, which is the length of time between the mounting of the biosensor (30) and the deposition of a sample on the biosensor (30). The controller (18) changes a set value for measuring the concentration of a specific component according to the detection time. Consequently, measurement accuracy can be improved regardless of the temperature of the biosensor (30).
