The cover 114 surrounds a lower surface and an upper surface in addition to side surfaces to exhibit an insulating property on a circuit board. The cover 114 is laterally attached to the main body 110 from a secondary-side direction of the main body 110, where primary and secondary sides are directions defined when the main body 110 is mounted on the circuit board.
