Abstract: An alarm device that can urge changing of a vehicle driver without giving a nuisance to the driver or an occupant of the vehicle includes a captured image acquisition section for acquiring at least a plurality of captured images image-capturing a face of an occupant at a driver's seat of a vehicle, a measuring section for measuring a time period lapsed after starting of an engine of the vehicle, a decision section for deciding presence/absence of changing of the occupant of the driver's seat based on the plurality of captured images acquired, and an informing section for informing if the decision section decides absence of change of the occupant of the driver's seat and a measurement result of the measuring section reaches a preset value.

Abstract: A filter-press type electrolytic cell comprises alternatively arranging quadrilateral frames and ion-exchange membranes to form alternatively anolyte compartments and catholyte compartments under fastening the frames wherein said frame comprises hollow member for path of liquid and gas which has inlet or outlet at the outer surface thereof and holes at the inner surface thereof and a gas-liquid separator whereby each type of electrolytes is passed into an anolyte or catholyte compartment formed in the frame and the electrolyzed product is discharged from the anolyte or catholyte compartment.

Abstract: A filter-press type electrolytic cell comprising alternatively arranged frames and diaphragms fastened together to form alternating anolyte compartments and catholyte compartments, wherein said frames comprise two oppositely disposed hollow members one of which has an inlet and the other an outlet for the flow of electrolyte solutions said inlet or outlet being on the outside surface thereof and each of said members having holes on the inside surface thereof which surfaces face each other, whereby the appropriate electrolyte is passed from said member having said inlet into the anolyte or catholyte compartment formed in the frame and the electrolyzed product is discharged from said anolyte or catholyte compartment into said member having said outlet.
