  • Patent number: 11937400
Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a first heat dissipator, a second heat dissipator, a first tank connected to one side of each of the first heat dissipator and the second heat dissipator in a first direction, and a second tank connected to another side in the first direction. A coolant flows through an inside of the first heat dissipator, the second heat dissipator, the first tank, and the second tank. The first tank includes a tank-side first outflow port through which the coolant flows out to a first cooling device, and a tank-side first inflow port through which the coolant from the first cooling device flows in. The second tank includes a tank-side second outflow port through which the coolant flows out to a second cooling device, and a tank-side second inflow port through which the coolant from the second cooling device flows in.

  • Patent number: 8136339
Abstract: The oil-free chain is obtained by connecting a pair of inner link plates which are connected by oil-impregnated bushings and a pair of outer link plates, which are connected by pins inserted into adjacent oil-impregnated bushings of adjacent inner link plates alternately. The oil-impregnated bushing is obtained by impregnating a bushing made of a metal sintered body with perfluoropolyether having a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. equal to or higher than 350 mm2/s. The bushing is impregnated with perfluoropolyether having a kinematic viscosity corresponding to the operating temperature of the oil-free chain.

  • Patent number: 7980978
Abstract: A hoisting and lowering driving engagement multi-row chain is disclosed, in which bending of the connecting pins in the chain is suppressed to avoid fatigue failure. Additionally, the load carrying balance in the chain width direction is improved, and contact vibrations and contact noises generated between the chain and the hoisting and lowering sprockets are suppressed. Endurance of the bush in the chain is thereby improved. Bending of connecting pins is avoided by press-fitting bushes, through which connecting pins pass, into intermediate tooth plates. This also improves load carrying balance widthwise. Contact noises and vibrations between the bushes and sprockets are suppressed by providing bushes with a separate sprocket engagement portion having a larger diameter than the press-fitting portion of the bushes.

  • Patent number: 7921986
Abstract: Aspects of the invention provide a hoisting and lowering driving engagement multi-row chain in which the weight of the chain is balanced across the chain width direction so as to improve the load balance. This allows the weight of articles to be hoisted and lowered more stably hoisted and at higher positions, and results in an improvement of endurance of the chain, reduction of driving noise, miniaturization of the chain size, while the biasing or deflecting of intermediate tooth plates and inner tooth plates in the chain width direction is suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20090062160
Abstract: An oilless chain is configured to connect alternately a pair of outer plates having two pins for coupling each other and a pair of inner plates, disposed adjacent to the pair of outer plates, having two bushings for coupling each other, by incorporating one of the pins into one of the bushings. After perfluoropolyether is impregnated into the bushings, the bushings are immersed in a lubricating oil composition prepared by blending perfluoropolyether with polytetrafluoroethylene. The polytetrafluoroethylene has a primary particle diameter adapted to the diameter of the pores of the bushings through which the lubricating oil composition flows.
