The lens cut surfaces are formed from surfaces of a conical surface having a rotation axis, and defined by an arbitrary surface and a vertical plane extending in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis from a line of intersection between the arbitrary surface and another conical surface disposed inside the conical surface and having the same rotation axis as that of the conical surface. The lens cut portion provided between the front surface and the rear surface of the lens body is in a region overlapping with the light irradiating portion in a front view.
