    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a conductive structure having high electrical conductivity, and a method for manufacturing a dimensionally accurate separator for a fuel cell having high electrical conductivity. In the present invention, the cavity surface temperature of a mold is kept equal to or higher than the crystal melting temperature (Tm) of composite material until the shaping of the composite material melted in the mold is completed, and after the completion of the shaping process, the cavity surface temperature of the mold is controlled to be equal to or higher than a temperature 20° C. lower than the crystallization temperature (Tc) of the composite material but equal to or lower than a temperature 20° C. higher than the crystallization temperature of the composite material to harden the composite material.

The hydraulic power cylinder has first and second fluid pressure chambers for producing an assist steering effort. The hydraulic pump supplies a first fluid pressure to the hydraulic power cylinder. The steering shaft actuator receives a second fluid pressure from the hydraulic pump, and applies a torque to the steering shaft by the second fluid pressure. The condition sensor collects information concerning at least one of an associated host vehicle, an associated driver and an associated road. The fluid pressure controller receives the collected information from the condition sensor, and controls the steering shaft actuator based on the collected information.

The MOSFET includes a square channel region of the second conductivity type formed in a surface layer of a semiconductor substrate of the first conductivity type, a well region of high impurity concentration formed in the central portion of the channel region, a source region of the first conductivity type formed in a surface layer of the well region, and a MOS structure formed on the surface of the above described constituents. The cell structure, in which a diagonal of the square channel region and a diagonal of the nearest neighboring channel regions lie on a line, narrows a spacing between the corners of the neighboring channel regions to encourage pinch-off of a depletion layer and suppresses localization of avalanche currents to the corners of the channel regions.

When uniformly crosslinked, the composition affords an expandable polyolefin resin composition suited to production of a crosslinked polyolefin resin foam excellent in heat resistance, toughness and moldability of formability and appearing homogeneous.
