  • Patent number: 4912318
Abstract: Inspection equipment for inspecting products including medicines such as phials and ampuls and foods such as drinking water. The products are placed on the pedestals of an indexing turn table to be intermittently transferred. The products are held on their peripheral surface by a disk turn table and a pair of rollers and rotated on their own axes by the turn of the disk turn table. The products intermittently transferred are lighted on their surface to be inspected for each stop, inspected by being imaged with an imaging device, and sorted into a nondefective products group and a defective products group with a sorting device.

  • Patent number: 4346366
Abstract: A computerized pattern generating system for producing a knit or a woven pattern has been found. Any desired pattern can be obtained without drafting a picture. The system has at least a digital memory and an arithmetic unit. On the digital memory, each color of a knit pattern corresponds to binary digital 00, 01, 10 or 11. Said digital information is automatically created by using the arithmetic unit, and is further modified according to the desired pattern. The pattern on the digital memory is applied to a fabric-making machine through a punched paper tape, a direct communication line, or any magnetic storage means.

  • Patent number: 4319269
Abstract: An external appearance inspecting system is disclosed. In the system, a TV camera is employed for forming a TV image scope. A detection area and an inspection area are electrically created in the TV image scope. The appearance of an image of an object to be inspected is detected by the detection area. Then, the image of the object is inspected by the inspection area. The inspection area is created at the (N+K).sub.th (N=1, 2, 3 . . . , K=1, 2, 3 . . . ) scanning field of the TV image scope, if the image of the object is detected by the detection area which was created at the N.sub.th scanning field.

  • Patent number: 4078253
Abstract: Pattern information for production of a Jacquard pattern by a knitting or a weaving machine is automatically and quickly obtained. A pattern drawn on a sheet by a designer is converted to an analog type electrical signal by a television camera, and said analog signal is converted to a digital signal according to each color of each picture element. Said digital signal is stored in a digital memory. After the edition of said digital signal in the memory, the digital signal which defines the color of each picture element is applied to a knitting or a weaving machine.

  • Patent number: 3987611
Abstract: Percent take-up feed of a yarn, which is taken up onto a pirn by rotary surface contact with a take-up roller via delivery rollers, is time-functionally and continuously changed by a speed converter which is inserted into a rotation transmission mechanism between both rollers and whose speed conversion ratio is adjusted by a pilot shaft in accordance with a programme which is designed on the basis of the take-up feed characteristic curve in order to obtain a yarn of uniform stretch property, the characteristic curve being in practice approximated by a combination of three or fewer straight lines.

  • Patent number: 3955769
Abstract: The present invention is an improved yarn feeding device which continuously forms yarn coils from a yarn package on its conical shaped winding body and then feeds the yarn to knitting machines with low and constant tension. A taper angle of the winding body is optionally adjustable according to the stretchability of the treated yarn for pushing the yarn coils smoothly toward a knitting machine.
