  • Patent number: 9702942
Abstract: A measurement device includes an electric current generation circuit and a monitor device. The electric current generation circuit supplies an electric current whose electric current amount monotonically increases during a setup period of time to the electric circuit including a power supply. The monitor device detects a voltage of the power supply via the electric circuit. A frequency of the detected voltage having a waveform is a frequency at which the impedance of the electric circuit becomes high.

  • Publication number: 20100237914
Abstract: A clock distribution device to an exemplary aspect of the invention includes: a first clock output unit outputting a first clock synchronized to a reference clock; a second clock output unit outputting a second clock synchronized to the reference clock; a first clock distribution unit including a first branch point, branching the first clock at the first branch point and outputting a third clock; a second clock distribution unit including a second branch point, branching the second clock at the second branch point and outputting a fourth clock; and a phase difference detecting unit detecting a first phase difference between a phase of the third clock and a phase of the fourth clock, and the second clock output unit controls a second phase difference between a phase of the first clock and a phase of the second clock so that the first phase difference is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6030707
Abstract: The present invention aims to solve problems involved in the formation of a conductive or insulating layer in a pattern form by photolithography, i.e., an environmental problem associated with handling of a solvent and a problem associated with wastewater treatment in the development with an aqueous alkaline solution. A method for forming a conductive layer (an anode bus 3) or an insulating layer (a barrier 1) on a glass substrate by photolithography using a photosensitive slurry solution prepared by mixing a low-melting glass powder as a binder and a conductive or insulating powder into a PVA-based, water-soluble photosensitive solution, wherein the content of B.sub.2 O.sub.3 component in the whole low-melting glass powder is closely regulated to not more than 6% by weight. This enables coating without gelation of PVA.
