  • Patent number: 11299070
Abstract: A screw shaft attached to the upper rail is screwed into a nut member attached to the lower rail. When the screw shaft is rotated with respect to the nut member by a drive unit, the screw shaft is moved rearward and forward with respect to the nut member, and the upper rail is also moved rearward and forward with respect to the lower rail. A fixing nut is fixed to an inner surface of the lower rail behind the nut member, and a stopper bolt is fastened to the fixing nut from below the lower rail. When the upper rail moves forward, a stopper portion provided at a tip of the stopper bolt contacts the stopper plate to restrict an excessive forward movement of the upper rail.

  • Patent number: 8061756
Abstract: An electrically operated seat slide apparatus includes a lower rail fixed to a floor of a vehicle body, and an upper rail slidably disposed to the lower rail. A seat is connected to the upper rail. A screw shaft is disposed inside the upper rail. A nut is threadedly connected to the screw shaft and connected to the lower rail. A motor is disposed to side of the upper rail. A gear box is fixed to the upper rail to transmit a rotation of the motor to the screw shaft. Additionally, first and second plates are provided for allowing an impact load applied to the upper rail to be directly transmitted to the screw shaft so as to prevent the impact load from being transmitted through the gear box to the screw shaft, and for setting a moving range of the nut.

  • Patent number: 7673943
Abstract: A seat reclining apparatus for a vehicle, including a stationary bracket and a movable bracket provided integral with a seat cushion and seat back, respectively. The movable bracket is equipped with a driving device. A speed-reduction unit is provided including an input shaft, a stationary member and a movable member. A forward-inclination mechanism is provided including a lock plate, an engaging-disengaging device and a restrictive device. The engaging-disengaging device is adapted to bring the lock plate and the movable bracket into one of an engagement state and a disengagement state. The movable bracket is connected to the stationary bracket through the speed-reduction unit and the forward-inclination mechanism. The seat reclining apparatus is further provided with a limit switch for powering off the driving device when the movable bracket and the lock plate are brought into the disengagement state.

  • Patent number: 7513259
Abstract: A curling apparatus employed for curling hair comprises a shaft which hair is coiled round; a stopper having a substantially C-shaped section, the stopper being disposed outside the shaft detachably; and a threaded engagement device which is disposed outside the stopper, and yet threaded to the shaft, the curling apparatus being configured in such a manner that turning/moving the threaded engagement device with the hair on a root side fastened to the shaft and a tip of the hair guided to the side of the threaded engagement device allows the hair to be spirally coiled round the shaft.
