  • Patent number: 11967993
Abstract: Provided is a communication apparatus for making connection to a communication network, including: an optical network unit; and an external power supply input/output terminal, the communication apparatus being configured such that electrical power is fed to the optical network unit from an external terminal that is connected to the external power supply input/output terminal and functions as an auxiliary power supply.

  • Publication number: 20200180252
Abstract: A press system capable of achieving a reduced number of man-hours required for generation of a motion is provided. A controller automatically generates a press motion based at least on a feed-allowable height, a touch position, and a work end position, automatically generates a feeder motion based at least on a feed-allowable height and a feed length, and automatically generates a synthesized motion by synthesizing the press motion and the feeder motion.

  • Publication number: 20200171773
Abstract: A controller controls a slide to stop when the slide moves upward and downward as a result of operation of a two-hand push button panel to reach a target position (for example, a feed-allowable height, a touch position, a work end position, and a jump prevention height) even though an operation signal from the two-hand push button panel is being input to the controller.

  • Publication number: 20200171561
Abstract: A press system capable of achieving improvement in production rate is provided. A controller has a slide driven upward and downward based on a prescribed press motion. A position of the slide where a workpiece can be transported without interfering with an upper die is defined as a feed-allowable height. A stand-by height is higher than the feed-allowable height and located at a highest position in the press motion. The controller also has the work transported while the slide is moving between the feed-allowable height and the stand-by height.

  • Patent number: 6380986
Abstract: A method of obtaining a motion vector in moving images is based on evaluation of computational results of searches made by matching a target template and a group of pixel blocks each having a same size as the target template. The steps include: 1) searching in a wide area and obtaining a reference vector to indicate an overall image movement; 2) searching in narrow areas centered about the reference vector for all templates in the target image, and obtaining a displacement vector for each template in relation to the reference vector; and 3) summing the reference vector and the displacement vector for each template, and assigning a computed result as a motion vector in each template.

  • Patent number: 6212237
Abstract: A method for searching for a motion vector in a moving-video image about a template to be evaluated, by evaluating motion by a predetermined operation between the template and a group of pixel blocks of the same size as the template, which is comprised of a first step for assuming a first area having a size of more than one pixel block, and for performing a motion vector searching operation between pixel values of pixels consisting of the first area and pixel values of pixels consisting of the template; and a second step, if the operational result satisfying a predetermined condition, for obtaining a motion vector from the operational result, if the operational result not satisfying the predetermined condition, for assuming a second area of a size completely to cover the first area, and for performing a motion vector searching operation between pixel values of pixels consisting of the second area, and pixel values of pixels consisting of the template, to obtain a motion vector.

  • Patent number: 4312210
Abstract: A method for warm forging a cup-shaped piece is disclosed. In warm forging a blank is heated between 400.degree. and 800.degree. C. and is inserted within a die having a cross sectional area substantially larger than that of the blank. The ends of the blank are clamped between a recess in the die and a recess in an upsetting punch and the upsetting punch compresses the blank until its sides become sufficiently bulged to almost touch, or touch, the sides of the die. The upsetting punch is then removed and a backward extruding punch is press fitted into the bulged blank and the blank is extruded to form a cup. The extrusion punch is lubricated and cooled by lubricant and coolant applicators at a position remote from the die so that the blank is not prematurely cooled by the coolant.
