Patent number: 9504417Abstract: To propose an oral cavity sensor capable of analyzing tongue movements in more detail than before. In an oral cavity sensor (1) which is even provided with a sensor element (7) having a mechanical configuration capable of measuring each of external force components in three axis directions, the sensor element (7) can be protected by an elastic body (9), and the whole of the elastic body (9) is covered with the coating film (11a) made of a biocompatible material. Thereby, the sensor element (7) and the elastic body (9) can be safely attached in an oral cavity (MT) of a subject (EXA), and can measure each of the external force components in the three axis directions. As a result, on the basis of the external force components in the three axis directions, complicated tongue movements at the time of mastication or swallowing in the oral cavity (MT) can be analyzed in more detail than before.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 2012Date of Patent: November 29, 2016Assignees: THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO, MEIJI CO., LTD., OSAKA UNIVERSITYInventors: Isao Shimoyama, Kiyoshi Matsumoto, Yusuke Takei, Kentaro Noda, Yoshio Toyama, Toshihiro Ohmori, Takashi Tachimura

Patent number: 7790209Abstract: The invention provides a total enteral nutritious composition containing proteins, sugars, fats, minerals and vitamins, which improves serum albumin and ameliorates bedsores. The total enteral nutritious composition has a zinc/copper weight ratio of 10-25, and a zinc content of 1.5 mg or greater, a copper content of 0.075-0.15 mg, a sodium content of at least 185 mg, a vitamin B1 content of at least 0.30 mg, a vitamin B2 content of at least 0.25 mg and a protein content of at least 4.0 g, per 100 kcal of the composition. Preferably it has a protein content of at least 5.0 g, a vitamin B6 content of at least 0.30 mg, a biotin content of at least 1.0 ?g, a vitamin B12 content of at least 0.20 ?g, a folic acid content of at least 20 ?g, a ?-carotene content of at least 100 ?g and a vitamin C content of at least 10 mg. Medium-chain fatty acid oils preferably constitute 35% by weight of the fats of the fat source, per 100 kcal of the composition. The preferred composition viscosity is 6-18 mPa·s (25° C.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2007Date of Patent: September 7, 2010Assignee: Ajinomoto Co., Inc.Inventors: Toshihiro Ohmori, Naoki Hayashi, Kiyoshi Fujita, Hideki Tanaka, Kazunori Saima, Itaru Kon, Miki Tomoe

Patent number: 7666352Abstract: An iridium-based alloy which has L12-type intermetallic compounds dispersedly precipitated therein and has a basic composition including, in terms of mass proportion, 0.1 to 9.0% Al, 1.0 to 45% W, and Ir as the remainder. The component system containing 0.1 to 1.5% Al has L12-type intermetallic compounds dispersedly precipitated therein. The component system containing 1.5 to 9.0%, excluding 1.5%, Al has L12-type and B2-type intermetallic compounds dispersedly precipitated therein. Part of the Ir may be replaced with an element (X) (Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, Rh, Re, Pd, Pt, or Ru) and part of the Al and W may be replaced with an element (Z) (Ni, Ti, Nb, Zr, V, Ta, Hf, or Mo). The iridium-based alloy, which contains L12-type intermetallic compounds [1r3(Al,W) and [(Ir, X)3(Al, W, Z)] dispersedly precipitated therein, has a high melting point. The lattice constant mismatch between the L12-type intermetallic compounds, i.e.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 2008Date of Patent: February 23, 2010Assignee: Japan Science and Technology AgencyInventors: Kiyohito Ishida, Ryosuke Kainuma, Katsunari Oikawa, Ikuo Ohnuma, Toshihiro Ohmori, Jun Sato
