    Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes a light source including a plurality of solid-state light-emitting elements, each of which emits light using a semiconductor; a shielding body that includes an opening that allows only a part of the light emitted from the light source to pass through; a lens that converts the light allowed to pass through the opening into spotlight; and a reflecting body that is provided between the lens and the shielding body and reflects the light that is traveling in a direction diverged from the lens, to reach the lens.
