Abstract: A sanitary napkin comprises a liquid-permeable surface material, a liquid-impermeable leakproof material and an absorber inserted between said surface material and said leakproof material, said absorber comprising a first absorbent paper, a second absorbent paper and an absorbent material inserted between both papers, said first absorbent paper covering at least a part of said second absorbent paper, said first absorbent paper being fixed at the portion thereof covering the second absorbent paper onto said leakproof material.

Abstract: A disposable diaper comprises an absorbing material comprising a sheet containing water-absorbing polymer powder and two papers to fix said powder between them, a great number of slits being formed on said sheet, and fluff pulp layers sandwiching said sheet, among said two papers the paper which is close to the surface of the diaper where to contact with the skin being a high wet strength paper, the paper which is close to the back face of the diaper being a low wet strength paper.

Abstract: A hair rinse composition comprising as indispensable components (A) 0.1 to 10% by weight of at least one quaternary ammonium salt having the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each is alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or benzyl, with the proviso that one or two of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 is alkyl or hydroxyalkyl having 8 to 20 carbon atoms and the remainder of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are alkyl or hydroxyalkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or benzyl, and X is an anion,And (B) 0.1 to 10% by weight of a secondary alcohol or ethoxylate thereof in which the average mole number of added ethylene oxide units is zero to 7 and the alkyl group has 8 to 20 carbon atoms.

Abstract: A transparent liquid hair rinsing composition consisting essentially of 0.1 to 10 weight percent of a quaternary ammonium salt, 0.1 to 10 weight percent of an ethoxylated alcohol or alkyl phenol, 5 to 30 weight percent of a solvent and water.
