  • Patent number: 6009618
Abstract: A stator coil winding is produced by supplying a wire to a winding frame from a nozzle, holding a terminal end of the wire with a holding device, rotating the winding frame with a driving device to wind the wire around the winding frame while the nozzle is moved by a nozzle-moving device parallel to a rotary shaft of the winding frame, holding a terminal end of the wire wound around the winding frame with the holding device after the wire is completely wound around the winding frame, and carrying the completely wound winding frame to a coil insertion jig with a transferring device. The winding frame is separated into winding frame elements at a face orthogonal to the rotary shaft of the winding frame, and the winding frame elements are rotated about a fulcrum in a vicinity of the face to thereby hold the separated winding frame elements so that rotary shafts of the separated winding frame elements are parallel to each other, by a handling mechanism.

  • Patent number: 5900687
Abstract: The present invention has an object of providing a rational connection configuration for an inner rotor type stator comprising coil windings provided for each pole blade. Accordingly, the connection configuration of the invention comprises three types of electric conductors corresponding to U-, V- and W-phases, respectively, and shaped like a ring. Each electric conductor has a projection extended in four directions corresponding to four groups of coil windings each of a same phase, and a lead representing each phase and extending outward of an outer diameter of the stator. The electric conductors and a common electric conductor are arranged on an end plate concentrically. Connections between the coil windings and the projections respectively of the same phase are radially arranged at places outward of the grooves of the end plate as to effect connection therebetween.

  • Patent number: 5333800
Abstract: A winding apparatus winds wire into a coil in an annular groove of a cylindrical body. The apparatus includes a positioning section at which the cylindrical body is set at a predetermined relative rotary position, a winding section that includes a coil wire supply nozzle to be circulated along the annular groove and a roller for pressing the wire against the surface of the cylindrical body defining the bottom of the annular groove at a position behind the supply nozzle, a tension device capable of selectively applying various states of tension to the wire in accordance with the particular process being carried out at the winding section, and an inspection device for judging whether the coil produced is in an acceptable state.

  • Patent number: 5224257
Abstract: A coil element is made by the steps of winding a coil wire around a plurality of guide portions arranged at a product pitch to form a plurality of coil portions while the coil wire is set in a development state, and rolling a bobbin on and along the coil wire to wind the coil wire around a side peripheral portion of the bobbin to manufacture the coil element.

  • Patent number: 5187858
Abstract: A stator for a rotary machine is produced by a method which includes the steps of: mounting terminal pins to one end of a main core unit which has teeth protruding from its outside; winding the beginning part of a coil wire around one of the terminal pins, and then winding the coil wire around a plurality of adjoining teeth to form a coil and repeating the formation of a coil until a predetermined number of coils are obtained on the outside of the main core unit, and thereafter winding the ending part of the coil wire around one of the other terminal pins; fitting a ring unit on the outside of the main core unit while these units are respectively kept in appropriate shapes by adjusting members; and inserting wedge members between the outside of the coils and protrusions formed on the outer ends of the teeth.

  • Patent number: 5175160
Abstract: An antimicrobial agent for animals is disclosed. The agent comprises as an effective component a racemate of a 3S-type compound of a pyrido[1,2,3-de][1,4]benzoxazine derivative represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R is a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, provided that R cannot be a methyl group when the pyrido[1,2,3-de][1,4]benzoxazine derivative is a racemate, or a salt or a hydrate thereof. The compounds possess a low toxicity, are safe antimicrobial agents for animals, have a broader antimicrobial spectrum, and are effective against various infectious diseases of animals.
