    Abstract: An antenna device has a substrate having a power supply line, and a surface-mounted multiple-resonance antenna having a base and a conductor pattern formed on the base and provided on the substrate, wherein the conductor pattern includes two antenna conductor patterns and a plane conductor pattern which connects each of the antenna conductor patterns and the power supply line, the plane conductor pattern 16 includes a slit which controls the connection distance between at least a portion of each of the antenna conductor patterns and the power supply line, and the substrate does not have a conductor pattern in a region corresponding to the slit.
