    Abstract: The vehicle-use alternator includes a cooling fan rotating in one with a rotating shaft thereof to generate cooling air diffusing substantially in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, to thereby cool a stator thereof. A housing thereof rotatably supporting the rotating shaft and housing the rotor is provided with a plurality of supporting members circumferentially spaced on a periphery thereof to which the stator is secured, and a plurality of ribs formed on the periphery which are circumferentially arranged between the supporting members so as to form a plurality of cooling air discharge windows circumferentially arranged on the periphery. The ribs are inclined towards a downstream side with respect to a rotational direction of the rotor, and shaped that their inclination angles towards the downstream side between two adjacent ones of the supporting members reduce with increasing distance from a closer one of the two adjacent ones of the supporting members.

The insulating member has a pan-shaped portion formed at a position for mounting of a battery cable connectable to the battery terminal, a peripheral wall extending around the pan-shaped portion, and a drain hole having a first open end formed at a position meeting with the cooling air discharge window and a second open end formed at a position at least partially meeting with the pan-shaped portion.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of displaying an execution status and an execution history of a program for a computer system, associated with a source program and a module relation diagram. The method of displaying program execution according to the present invention displays the processing results of each of execution units, execution statuses of an iteration, a conditional branch, a recursive call and so on super-imposed on the source program displayed on a screen in the vicinity of the respective execution units. Information on execution status is also displayed corresponding to the module relation diagram. Further, a program execution history is preserved so as to allow a reproduced display thereof in the above-mentioned form by request.

    Abstract: An apparatus for filling an interior of a shape to be displayed on a raster scan CRT which reads out a refresh memory. The apparatus includes a memory for storing information of starting points and ending points for filling. The write of a filling color code into the refresh memory is initiated and terminates in response to the filling starting point and the filling ending point, respectively, but inhibited at its memory locations on the contour of the shape. The direction of the filling is perpendicular to the raster scanning of the CRT.

    Abstract: A graphic display apparatus for generating a vector comprises registers for storing a value R of a vector discrimination, a positive increment P and a negative increment N, and flip-flops for storing magnitude information of .DELTA.X, .DELTA.Y, and .DELTA.X and .DELTA.Y. An address counter of a refresh memory is counted up or down in accordance with the contents of those flip-flops. A control circuit for updating the value R of the vector discrimination is also provided, so that the vector can be generated at a high speed. The registers and the flip-flops are constructed in two stages so that data for generating the next vector can be prepared while the current vector is generated.
