  • Publication number: 20170080522
Abstract: In conventional machines and methods for laser processing, while the workpiece is being removed from the processing table, the porous sheet interposed between them tends to be torn or displaced. The laser processing machine of the present disclosure includes a processing table having a plurality of first through-holes and a plurality of second through-holes; a first passage; a second passage; a first pump; a second pump, and laser irradiation means. The second through-holes are independent of the first through-holes. The first passage is connected to the first through-holes. The second passage is independent of the first passage and is connected to the second through-holes. The first pump is connected to the first passage and has a sucking function. The second pump is connected to the second passage and has an exhaust function.

  • Patent number: 5664736
Abstract: A laminated coil-forming method for winding wires and insulation films around a core, includes the steps of winding a first insulation film around an inner coil formed around the core, winding a second insulation film around the first insulation film with the second insulation film having a smaller width than a width of the first insulation film, and winding a third insulation film around the second insulation film with the third insulation film having a greater width than the width of the second insulation film before forming an outer coil.

  • Patent number: 5333800
Abstract: A winding apparatus winds wire into a coil in an annular groove of a cylindrical body. The apparatus includes a positioning section at which the cylindrical body is set at a predetermined relative rotary position, a winding section that includes a coil wire supply nozzle to be circulated along the annular groove and a roller for pressing the wire against the surface of the cylindrical body defining the bottom of the annular groove at a position behind the supply nozzle, a tension device capable of selectively applying various states of tension to the wire in accordance with the particular process being carried out at the winding section, and an inspection device for judging whether the coil produced is in an acceptable state.

  • Patent number: 5224257
Abstract: A coil element is made by the steps of winding a coil wire around a plurality of guide portions arranged at a product pitch to form a plurality of coil portions while the coil wire is set in a development state, and rolling a bobbin on and along the coil wire to wind the coil wire around a side peripheral portion of the bobbin to manufacture the coil element.

  • Patent number: 5187858
Abstract: A stator for a rotary machine is produced by a method which includes the steps of: mounting terminal pins to one end of a main core unit which has teeth protruding from its outside; winding the beginning part of a coil wire around one of the terminal pins, and then winding the coil wire around a plurality of adjoining teeth to form a coil and repeating the formation of a coil until a predetermined number of coils are obtained on the outside of the main core unit, and thereafter winding the ending part of the coil wire around one of the other terminal pins; fitting a ring unit on the outside of the main core unit while these units are respectively kept in appropriate shapes by adjusting members; and inserting wedge members between the outside of the coils and protrusions formed on the outer ends of the teeth.

  • Patent number: 5090110
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a stator for use in a rotating machine provided with a core main body having a plurality of teeth projecting from an outer circumferential side of the core main body and wound with a coil, and a ring member fitted on the outer circumferential portion thereof. The method includes the steps of: inserting a jig into an interior of the core main body; clamping a wind start portion of the coil on one portion of the jig, winding the coil between the teeth, and clamping wind terminating portion of the coil on the other portion of the jig; fitting the ring member over the outer circumferential portion of the core main body; mounting a terminal unit on the stator; winding the end of the coil, clamped on the jig, around respective pins of the terminal unit and soldering the ends of the coil onto the pins; and shaping configuration of the coil wound between the teeth.
