    Abstract: To provide a composite molding and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of preventing insufficient filling of a rubber member and improving a product yield, the composite molding has a resin member and a rubber member molded to cover upper and lower faces of the resin member. A plurality of holes communicating with the resin member are provided in at least one of faces of the rubber member. The holes are loopholes of pins that support the resin member during molding of the rubber member while being spaced from a mold die.
