  • Patent number: 9337571
Abstract: A sealing member configured to be installed to an outer peripheral surface of a first connector housing among a pair of connector housings seal so as to seal a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a first connector housing and an inner peripheral surface of a second connector housing is provided. An inner peripheral surface of the sealing member is formed with protrusions and grooves which are aligned with a first wavelength in an axial direction of the sealing member. An outer peripheral surface of the sealing member is formed with protrusions and grooves which are aligned with a second wavelength in the axial direction. The first wavelength is equal to or smaller than the second wavelength. Positions of the protrusions of the inner peripheral surface are shifted from positions of the protrusions of the outer peripheral surface in the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 9028267
Abstract: In a power shutoff device, an operation lever is provided to be rotatable between a first position where a receiving connector and the plug connector are separated and a second position where the receiving connector and the plug connector are fitted. The operation lever is slidable in a direction perpendicular to the fitting direction at the second position. A fitting detecting connector includes a fitting detecting receiving connector accommodating a pair of fitting detecting terminals in a pipe body penetrating and protruding from a side wall of a housing of the receiving connector, and a fitting detecting plug connector accommodating a conductive member electrically connecting the fitting detecting terminals in a pipe body. The fitting detecting plug connector is provided at a distal end part of the operation lever so as to be fitted to the fitting detecting receiving connector when the operation lever slides at the second position.

  • Patent number: 7604078
Abstract: An electric bicycle includes at least two internal storage compartments accessible by moving a seat to an open position. The storage compartments are arrange side-by-side and separated by a dead space (e.g., a wall). The electric bicycle includes a lock mechanism disposed in the dead space for selectively locking the seat in a closed position. As so arranged, the lock mechanism does not reduce the size of the two internal storage compartments and is less likely to be tampered with in comparison to lock mechanisms that are located around the perimeter of the storage compartments.

  • Publication number: 20070007063
Abstract: An electric bicycle includes a light-weight crankshaft supporting unit. The crankshaft supporting unit has a U-shape and compactly supports both a battery and a pedal crankshaft. An electric motor is mounted remotely from the pedal crankshaft. A support shaft for a kick stand, a coupling shaft of a rear arm, and a mounting piece all extend between the sides of the crankshaft supporting member and add structural rigidity to the light-weight unit. The crankshaft supporting unit is compact and allows the battery to be placed lower so as to lower the bicycle's center of gravity.
