  • Publication number: 20240142332
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for tire condition monitoring, and more particularly for detecting slow leakage of inflation pressure. Data acquisition devices (e.g., tire pressure monitoring system sensors) are mounted onboard motor vehicles and collect data samples corresponding to at least tire inflation pressure. The collected data samples may e.g. only be transmitted for analysis while the motor vehicle is in a fleet yard or otherwise wherein the contained air temperature effectively matches an ambient temperature. A time elapsed is calculated from a first data sample within a defined sampling period, and a statistical model is applied for at least the data samples corresponding to inflation pressure with respect to the time elapsed. A tire slow leak event is ascertained based on an evaluated amount of decrease in the inflation pressure from the statistical model, and an output signal is selectively generated corresponding to the ascertained slow leak event.

  • Publication number: 20240114114
Abstract: In the system to collect image data for expressway inspection according to the present invention, in an automobile running on an expressway, a local area network including a shooting means, a storage means, an image extraction means, a positional information acquisition means, and a wireless communication means is constructed. The shooting means shoots still images at predetermined time interval, and for each time the shooting is performed, outputs the obtained image data to the storage means. The storage means recognizes positional information acquired at the timing of shooting the image data from the positional information acquisition means as shooting location, and stores the image data in relation with the shooting location.

  • Publication number: 20150282169
Abstract: A wireless communication apparatus includes a transmission frame generator, a storage memory, and a controller. The transmission frame generator generates one of a management frame, a control frame, and a data frame for transmitting information via a wireless channel. The storage memory stores a first transmission output level at which the management frame is transmitted, and a second transmission output level which is higher than the first transmission output level and at which the control frame and the data frame are transmitted. The controller reads out, from the storage memory, a transmission output level corresponding to a type of a transmission frame generated by the transmission frame generator, and transmits, at the read-out transmission output level, the frame generated by the transmission frame generator.

  • Patent number: 9081751
Abstract: A video server has a table generator, a rebuild processor, and a rebuild controller. The table generator generates a management table of content data ID that specifies the content data and the write location of the content data in the storage unit where the content data are recorded. When a problem takes place in at least one of the storage devices, the rebuild processor executes a rebuild process to recover the content data of the troubled storage device. When a rebuild start request is generated by the rebuild processor, the rebuild controller controls the start and stop of the rebuild process by referring to the management table.
