  • Patent number: 8797484
Abstract: A display apparatus, in which the entrapment of air bubbles on the inside of the sealing is suppressed, is provided. In a display apparatus including an element member (L) having an adhesion surface on which a display area (1a) is provided, and a sealing member (U) having an adhesion and which is adhered with a resin layer (m) between this adhesion surface and the adhesion surface of the element member (L), it is one in which the resin layer (m) is formed by combining a resin material (M), which is dispersed and applied in a plurality of places on an adhesion surface of at least one of the element member (L) and the sealing member (U), by pressing the element member (L) and the sealing member (U) against each other with the resin material (M) in between.

  • Patent number: 7377979
Abstract: A material application apparatus 10 comprises a base 11 on which a workpiece W is placed, a syringe 13 that applies a material onto a movement track L, a movement structure 14 that moves the syringe 13 in three orthogonal axes directions, a rotation mechanism 15 that rotates the syringe 13 around the axis line of the syringe 13, and a control unit 17 that controls the movement structure 14 and the rotation mechanism 15 in accordance with a configuration of the track L. The syringe 13 includes a nozzle 19 provided to the front-end side of a main body 18 that contains a sealing agent or a material of resin used as an adhesive agent or the like. The discharge port 21 of the nozzle 19 is formed into a generally acute-angled triangle configuration to discharge the material so that a bead B having a sectional configuration in which the height is larger than 0.9 compared to the width of 1 can be formed. Also, the nozzle is adapted so as to be rotated in the periphery direction thereof by a motor M.

  • Patent number: 7063758
Abstract: A method of laminating first and second members to each other includes the steps of applying a resin material to a plurality of regions on the laminating surface of at least one of the first and second members such that an air escape passage extending in a predetermined direction is formed; providing a laminating force to the first and second members along the extending direction of the air escape passage in a state where the first and second members are disposed with their laminating surfaces opposed to each other, so that air is expelled toward the outside through the air escape passage and the applied resin material is made to be continuous so as to form a thin film layer; and then laminating the first and second members to each other.

  • Publication number: 20040016506
Abstract: A laminating apparatus includes: applying means for applying a resin material onto laminating surfaces of a device substrate; and laminating means for laminating a sealing glass onto the device substrate to which the resin material has been applied. The applying means is capable of applying the resin material to a plurality of portions on the laminating surfaces such that an air escape passage is formed between the device substrate and the sealing glass. The laminating means is capable of expelling the air toward outside through the air escape passage when the laminating force is applied between the device substrate and the sealing glass along the air escape passage, and of laminating the sealing glass such that the applied resin material becomes continuous so as to form a thin film layer.

  • Patent number: 6082888
Abstract: A pump unit is provided which sucks a material having a high viscosity contained in a container and to pump it to a nozzle under pressure. An axial member which performs sucking and pumping of the material is connected with the pump unit. The axial member is axially slidable by the pressure of air supplied to the cylinder. The material which is sucked into the pump unit is discharged from the nozzle by the increase in pressure occurred when the axial member descends. A sensor is provided in the vicinity of the axial member. A result of detection of the sensor is supplied to a controller. A reference speed when constant rate application is performed is presettable in the controller. Correction of pressure is conducted by comparing the actual moving speed of the axial member with the reference speed.
