Patent number: 7296702Abstract: A synthetic resin bottle, protected from damage to the outer appearance under freezing conditions, and is effective in storage and transportation. The bottle is used by filling the bottle with contents have water as a main component and freezing such contents. The bottle comprises a body that has an out-of-round circular shape in the plane cross section over a certain height of the body, and the body wall has no hollowed portion caved inward. The body gradually narrows in the middle part except for the portions consisting of crests which are disposed at 3 or more points of the same central angle on the periphery of the plane cross section. In the middle part, the plane cross section is in the shape obtained by connecting the crests to one another with 3 or more arcs that curve outward. Pillars are formed vertically on the body by the crests.Type: GrantFiled: July 5, 2005Date of Patent: November 20, 2007Assignee: Yoshino Kogyosho Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshimasa Tanaka, Takao Iizuka

Patent number: 7289116Abstract: An electric power unit for driving a matrix-type display unit in alternating cycle mode has a multiplicity of buffer circuits for generating a multiplicity of high output voltages (high output voltage group) and a multiplicity of buffer circuits for generating a multiplicity of low output voltages (low output voltage group). A power supply voltage is stepped up by a first and a third voltage conversion circuits into a first and a third output supply voltages. The highest voltage of the high output voltage group is stepped down by a second voltage conversion circuit to output a predetermined second output power supply voltage. These first through third output power supply voltages are used as the operating voltages of the buffer circuits. Also, the power supply voltage is stepped up by the second voltage conversion circuit to generate the second output power supply voltage, which voltage is further stepped up by the first voltage conversion circuit to generate the first output power supply voltage.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 2004Date of Patent: October 30, 2007Assignee: Rohm Co., Ltd.Inventor: Toshimasa Tanaka

Publication number: 20070158294Abstract: A resource-saving neck of a synthetic resin bottle having high resistance to pressure and heat and a high, stable sealing property is provided. The part is aimed at equalizing an effect of thread-formed portions on the crystallization of a molten resin material along the circumferential direction of the part. These objectives are achieved by (1) forming screw threads of a multi-threaded screw structure on the outer surface of the neck wall, each screw thread comprising a main thread, with a starting and ending extension, with a width and height thereof being reduced gradually; (2) disposing the starting extension of a screw thread vertically above the ending extension of another thread; and (3) whitening the entire part by thermal crystallization. Sinks are prevented in the neck wall, and the height can be restricted despite increase in the diameter.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 25, 2005Publication date: July 12, 2007Applicant: YOSHINO KOGYOSHO CO., LTD.Inventors: Toshimasa Tanaka, Takao Iizuka, Yukio Koshidaka, Kazuhiko Shimizu

Publication number: 20070075031Abstract: A slender synthetic resin heat-resistant bottle type container having a circumferential draw ratio of 2.8 or less, for example, comprises at least one pressure reduction absorbing panel (5) provided at a container body part, wherein the pressure reduction absorbing panel is provided with at least one convex portion (6) having a width larger at a lower side than at an upper side as viewed in a circumferential direction of the container. Alternatively, each pressure reduction absorbing panel has a border line bulged toward a container bottom part. This causes a resin to be smoothly stretched even at mold surface portions corresponding to concave and convex portions of a container body part surface upon blow molding. These avoid a defective appearance of the container and do not adversely affect heat resistance thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 24, 2004Publication date: April 5, 2007Applicant: YOSHINO KOGYOSHO CO., LTD.Inventors: Toshimasa Tanaka, Tadayori Nakayama, Shinichi Tabata, Takao Iizuka

Publication number: 20070007234Abstract: The technical problem of this invention is to create a bottle in such a shape that can fully absorb an increased volume caused by the freeze, does not break the shrink film if the film is wrapped around the body, and gives no large damage to the outer appearance of the bottle. The object of this invention is to provide a synthetic resin bottle, which is usable safely, is protected from giving any large damage to the outer appearance under the freezing condition, and is effective in the storage and/or transportation of multiple bottles neatly packed in rows. The synthetic resin bottle of this invention is used by filling the bottle with the contents that have water as a main component and by freezing such contents. The bottle comprises a body that has an out-of-round circular shape in the plane cross section over a certain height of the body, and the body wall has no hollowed portion that is caved inward.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 5, 2005Publication date: January 11, 2007Applicant: YOSHINO KOGYOSHO CO., LTD.Inventors: Toshimasa Tanaka, Takao Iizuka

Patent number: 7114626Abstract: In a bottle-shaped synthetic resin container having a body part of substantially rectangular tubular shape, groove ribs, having a comparatively wide vertical groove form, are depressingly provided at the centers in the width direction of flat wall portions of shoulder lower end parts, which are portions of a shoulder part that connect with the body part, to make these portions higher in rigidity and difficult to deform and, even when a deformation occurs, prevent the deformation from becoming a permanent deformation. Safe handling of the container is thus promoted, especially for the stacked storage of containers in a sideways-laid orientation.Type: GrantFiled: November 29, 2002Date of Patent: October 3, 2006Assignee: Yoshino Kogyosho Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshimasa Tanaka, Shigeru Tomiyama, Tomoyuki Ozawa, Takao Iizuka, Naoki Tsutsui

Patent number: 7097056Abstract: The gas-venting groove or grooves are formed, while leaving a part of the thread ridge up to a certain height, as the vertical degassing paths in the thread ridge carved on the outer surface of the round neck wall and the entire neck is whitened by the thermal crystallization. This thermal crystallization is conducted under the condition that the neck is prevented from undesired deformation caused by uneven resin flow state. Thus, the object of this invention is to provide a highly safe neck that can be used widely in the field of heat-resistant containers, pressure-tight containers, and heat-resistant and pressure-tight containers.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 2003Date of Patent: August 29, 2006Assignee: Yoshino Kogyosho Co., Ltd.Inventors: Tomoyuki Ozawa, Toshimasa Tanaka, Takao Iizuka, Makoto Takada

Publication number: 20050016226Abstract: A direct drive washing machine is disclosed which is capable of performing a washing operation by efficiently converting electric energy supplied into an electric motor (10) into mechanical energy or with less vibration and noise. When a washing operation is carried out with efficient energy conversion, an acceleration time and a deceleration time of an agitator (8) rotated by the motor (10) are controlled on the basis of a measured value of a vibration sensor (25) or a measured value of clothes weight so that vibration of a water-receiving tub (4) becomes maximum. On the other hand, when a quiet washing operation with less vibration is carried out, the acceleration time and the deceleration time of an agitator (8) rotated by the motor (10) are controlled on the basis of the measured value of the vibration sensor (25) or the measured value of clothes weight so that vibration of the water-receiving tub (4) becomes minimum.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 4, 2002Publication date: January 27, 2005Inventors: Yoji Okazaki, Shinichiro Kawabata, Tsuyoshi Hosoito, Michiaki Ito, Toshimasa Tanaka
