  • Patent number: 7387509
Abstract: An injection molding machine includes an injection pot with an injection nozzle and a side casting port for feeding a material into the pot. The tip part of a plunger disposed in the pot is formed in such as shape that the tip part of the injection pot can be generally filled with the material after an injection is completed. A fitting part pressingly cuts off the material from the feeder by allowing a boundary part between the plunger body and its tip to be formed at a corresponding part between the injection pot body and its tip part.

Date of Patent: June 17, 2008

  • Publication number: 20020024169
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a magnet roller makes it possible to remarkably reduce defects on the surface or the inside of a magnet roller and also to control “warp” of the magnet roller sufficiently so that it does not adversely affect the functions of the magnet roller. A metal mold for magnetic field injection molding is composed of two fixed mold counterparts and a movable mold counterpart. The movable mold counterpart is moved to increase the volume of the cavity of the metal mold as a resin-bonded magnet material is injected into the mold.
