Inclined rectangular holes (6) are formed at the adjusting bracket (2), and the adjusting bracket is fixable after fastening positions of fixing screws (5) are adjusted along the rectangular holes (6). Alternatively, step shaped rectangular holes (16) are formed, and the adjusting bracket is fixable after fastening positions of the fixing screws 5 are adjusted along the rectangular holes (16).
