  • Patent number: 8191471
Abstract: A print inspection device is provided with a camera for picking-up an image of a substrate to be processed after a paste is printed on the substrate through a mask sheet by a printer, a measured value calculating a measured value of a printed paste area based on the picked-up image of the substrate, a setting means for setting a standard range for working state judgment of the area, and a comparing and judging means for comparing the measured value with the standard range and for judging whether the printer is in a normal working state or not depending on whether the measured value is in the standard range or not. The setting means sets the standard range to a less paste amount side for a predetermined period of time after the mark sheet is cleaned up than for other periods of time.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 30, 2007
Date of Patent: June 5, 2012
    Assignee: Yamaha Hatsudoki Kabushiki Kaisha

  • Patent number: 7068882
Abstract: The invention provides a single-mode optical fiber microlens with an anamorphic means of convergence, which has a core (2) and cladding (4), the core (2) extending along the central axis (3) of the optical fiber, at the tip of which there is a wedge shape with slanting faces is formed on the tip of the optical fiber 1 that faces the light source or radiated beam, as well as 2nd inclines at the angle ? to a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the optical fiber and lengthwise to the wedge-shaped tip.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 4, 2001
Date of Patent: June 27, 2006

  • Patent number: 7002742
Abstract: This invention has the polarizing function of polarizing an input beam and a non-reflecting function of suppressing reflection of the input beam, wherein at least one side of a light-transmissive substrate 1 has a polarizing portion 4 with a striped structure formed by multiple alternating light-transmissive dielectric layers 2a, 2b . . . and metallic film layers 3a, 3b . . . . Its characteristics are improved if the metallic film layers are very thin and flat, with a target thickness in the range from 5 to 20 nm and variation of film thickness within the range of ±10%.
