  • Patent number: 9882561
Abstract: An input device includes an insulation substrate, a switch element, and a detection portion. The switch element includes a fixed electrode portion that is provided on the substrate, and a movable electrode portion that is provided on a main surface side of the substrate, at least part of the movable electrode portion being elastically displaceable toward a direction approaching and leaving the fixed electrode portion. The movable electrode portion is displaceable toward a direction approaching the fixed electrode portion due to pressure from an object to be detected that is an electric conductor. The detection portion is capable of detecting a capacitance change caused by the object to be detected approaching and leaving the movable electrode portion and a capacitance change between the movable electrode portion and the fixed electrode portion produced by displacement of the movable electrode portion due to pressing.

  • Publication number: 20160224168
Abstract: An electronic apparatus (1) includes a touch panel (40), pressure-sensitive sensors (60), and a control device (90) which is connected to the touch panel (40) and the pressure-sensitive sensors (60). The control device (90) includes a touch panel control unit (91) which outputs a detection signal on the basis of an output value of the touch panel (40), a setting unit (94) which sets, as a reference value (OP0), an output value (OPn) of the pressure-sensitive sensors (60) at a predetermined timing in a case where a detection signal is input from the touch panel control unit (91), and a first calculation unit (95) which calculates, as a first pressure (fn) of the pressure-sensitive sensor (60), a difference between an output value (OPn) of the pressure-sensitive sensor (60) after a predetermined timing and the reference value (OP0). The setting unit (94) individually sets the reference value (OP0) with respect to each of the pressure-sensitive sensors (60).

  • Publication number: 20150378483
Abstract: A method for producing a pressure detection device (1) includes a first process (S10) of preparing a pressure-sensitive sensor (2) which includes a first circuit (91) and a second circuit (92) electrically connecting each other in series, the first circuit (91) including a pressure-sensitive body (4) of which an electrical resistance value is consecutively changed according to a pressure, the second circuit (92) including a fixed resistor (5) of which an electrical resistance value can be adjusted to be a desired value; and a second process (S20) of adjusting the electrical resistance value of the fixed resistor (5) on the basis of a ratio (R2:R1) between an electrical resistance value (R2) of at least pressure-sensitive body (4) in the first circuit (91) and an electrical resistance value (R1) of at least fixed resistor (5) in the second circuit (92) in a case where a predetermined pressure is applied to the pressure-sensitive body (4).
