  • Publication number: 20240116130
Abstract: A friction stir welding device includes a table that has a placement surface on which a workpiece is to be placed and is rotatable about a table rotation axis intersecting the placement surface, a tool holder movable relative to the table in a direction along the placement surface and rotatable about a holder rotation axis parallel to the table rotation axis, and a welding tool supported by the tool holder and rotating about a tool rotation axis intersecting the holder rotation axis. A control device has a biaxial operation mode in which the welding tool in a rotating state is pressed against a welding portion of a side surface of the workpiece, the welding tool is relatively moved along the welding portion by rotating the table, and the tool holder is rotated so that the welding tool is directed in a normal direction of the welding portion.

  • Patent number: 10744852
Abstract: A vehicular air-conditioning device includes a blowing port mode door as an air volume regulator that regulates volumes of air-conditioning air blown to a driver seat area, a front passenger seat area, and a rear seat area inside a vehicle compartment, and an air-conditioning controller activated by an activation signal outputted from a body controller in response to opening and closing of a rear seat door during a stoppage of a vehicle system. The air-conditioning controller is capable of operating an actuator for driving the blowing port mode door to blow the air-conditioning air to the rear seat area when an activation switch of the vehicle system is turned on in a state where the air-conditioning control unit has been activated by the activation signal.

  • Patent number: 7882913
Abstract: A cooling module capable of reducing vibration in a compartment attributable to the discharge pulsation of the compressor is disclosed. The cooling module comprises a radiator (1) mounted to a vehicle for cooling the cooling water by heat exchange between the cooling water and the air, and a condenser (2) for condensing the refrigerant by heat exchange between the refrigerant circulated in the refrigeration cycle and the air. The radiator (1) is fixed to the vehicle, and the condenser (2) is fixed to the radiator (1) through elastically deformable rubber bushings (3).

  • Patent number: 6260766
Abstract: A heating apparatus for a vehicle includes a pump for circulating cooling water in a cooling water circuit, a heating heat exchanger for heating air blown into a passenger compartment of the vehicle using cooling water as a heating source, and a throttle valve disposed at a discharge side of the pump. In the heating apparatus, when the temperature of cooling water is low and heating capacity for heating the passenger compartment is insufficient, an opening degree of the throttle valve is reduced by a control unit. Therefore, heat is generated from the throttle valve and the pump so that the temperature of cooling water is increased. Thus, heating capacity of the heating apparatus can be improved without using a manual operation.
