  • Patent number: 9518843
Abstract: A resolver has a structure in which the resolver is attached to a flange by press-fitting and in which strong stress that affects an angle detecting accuracy of a stator of the resolver is not applied. The flange, in which a resolver is press-fitted, includes a cylindrical portion in which a stator of the resolver is press-fitted to the inside thereof, and a tabular portion which is larger than an outer diameter of a cylindrical portion viewed from an axial direction and which is integrated with the cylindrical portion, wherein a clearance portion having an expanded inner diameter which does not contact with an outer periphery of the stator of the resolver is provided on an overlapped portion of a cylindrical portion viewed from a vertical direction to the axis and the tabular portion.

  • Patent number: 7187509
Abstract: There is provided a color wheel which includes: a color filter disk having a side surface; and a rotary member having a circumferential surface and adhesively attached to the center portion of the color filter disk. In the color wheel described above, a portion of an adhesive for fixing the rotary member to the color filter disk sticks out on the side surface of the color filter disk along the circumferential surface of the rotary member, and the portion of the adhesive sticking out, when hardened, functions as a barrier to prevent uncured portions, if any, of the adhesive present between the two components from getting scattered out in the radial direction on the side surface of the color filter disk when the color wheel is rotated at a high speed during the inspection process, thus improving the production yield rate.

  • Patent number: 7001061
Abstract: A spread illuminating apparatus including a housing frame, the housing frame including respective positioning means for a light conductive bar, and a light conductive plate, and a recess for positioning a spot-like light source. The spot-like light source is mounted on a flexible printed circuit (FPC) that extends from a bottom surface of the housing frame through side and top surfaces thereof, and reaches the recess, in which the spot-like light source is housed. A cut-out for accommodating the FPC is formed in a top surface of the housing frame, and two slots for receiving the ends of the FPC are formed at both side walls of the cut-out, whereby the spot-like light source can be fixedly set in place.

  • Patent number: 5793734
Abstract: To reduce a weight of an optical pickup device that may reproduce information recorded in a plurality of kinds of optical discs having different use wavelengths, a laser beam light source 1 and a hologram optical unit 14 are provided as light sources for emitting light to reproduce the information of the optical discs having different use wavelength. In order to introduce the light into recording layers of the optical discs 2a and 2b, an actuator moving area 7 is disposed in the emission space of the light. The actuator moving area 7 is composed of a numerical-aperture-controlling filter 8 and an objective lens 9. Due to the change of the focusing position of the objective lens 9 by the numerical-aperture-controlling filter 8 in response to a kind of the optical discs 2a and 2b, the light beam is optimally converged to the recording layers of the optical discs 2a and 2b, respectively.
