  • Publication number: 20170184102
Abstract: An embodiment provides a vane pump device. In the vane pump device, vane grooves of a rotor include columnar grooves which accommodate oil, and support the vanes. An inner-plate low pressure side recess portion is provided in an end surface of an inner plate along a rotation direction of the rotor, and supplies oil to the columnar grooves. It includes a low pressure side upstream recess portion, a low pressure side downstream recess portion, and a low pressure side connection recess portion through which the low pressure side upstream recess portion is connected to the low pressure side downstream recess portion. The width of the low pressure side upstream recess portion is equal to that of the low pressure side downstream recess portion. The width of the low pressure side connection recess portion is narrower than that of the low pressure side upstream recess portion.

  • Publication number: 20170184106
Abstract: An embodiment provides a vane pump device includes multiple vanes; a rotor that rotates and includes vane grooves for supporting the vanes and accommodating oil; a cam ring that includes an inner circumferential cam ring surface provided with a high pressure region and a low pressure region, and that surrounds the rotor; and an inner plate that covers an opening of the cam ring. The inner plate includes a first portion that supplies high pressure oil to the vane grooves, and a second portion that supplies low pressure oil to the vane grooves. Among vane grooves which support vanes positioned in the high pressure region of the cam ring, the first portion supplies high pressure oil to vane grooves, the number of which is less than the number of vanes positioned in the high pressure region.

  • Publication number: 20170175741
Abstract: An embodiment provides a vane pump device includes multiple vanes; a rotor that includes vane grooves which support the vanes so that the vanes can move in a radial direction of rotation and which form columnar grooves accommodating oil on a rotation center side, and that rotates due to a rotating force received from a rotation shaft; a cam ring that includes an inner circumferential surface facing an outer circumferential surface of the rotor, and surrounds the rotor; and an inner plate that covers an opening of the cam ring. The inner plate includes a first recess portion that supplies low pressure oil to the columnar grooves, a second recess portion that is formed away from the first recess portion, and supplies high pressure oil to the columnar grooves, and an inner-plate first groove connected to the first recess portion and the second recess portion.

  • Publication number: 20170122313
Abstract: An inner-plate cam ring side recess portion is formed in a cam ring side end surface of an inner plate, communicates with a columnar groove which is a center side space in vane grooves, and supplies a working fluid to the columnar groove. The inner-plate cam ring side recess portion is divided into multiple sections between a first side discharge port, through which the working fluid is discharged at a first discharge pressure from a pump chamber, and a second side suction port through which the working fluid is suctioned into a pump chamber discharging the working fluid at a second discharge pressure. The size of a separation portion in a rotation direction is larger than that of the columnar groove of the vane groove in the rotation direction.

  • Publication number: 20100266872
Abstract: Coatings containing particulate metal alloy are disclosed. The coatings provide corrosion protection to a substrate, such as a metal substrate. The coatings contain zinc-metal-containing alloy in flake form, most particularly an alloy flake of zinc and aluminum. The coating can be from compositions that are water-based or solvent-based. The compositions for providing the coating may also contain a substituent such as a water-reducible organofunctional silane, or a hexavalent-chromium-providing substance, or a titanate polymer, or a silica substance constituent. the coating may desirably be topcoated.
