  • Publication number: 20090283013
Abstract: Diamond fine particles having porous structure known in a high thermal resistance and low dielectric constant film has a high thermal conductivity and is expected as an insulating film for multiplayer wirings of a semiconductor integrated circuit device. A liquid composition of diamond fine particles, which are raw material of the film, is unstable as colloid, resulting in low reproducibility and yield in the production of films. It becomes possible to impart a very low viscosity and improved stability to the colloid liquid composition of diamond fine particles by containing a small amount of amine. If necessary, a thickener may be used to adjust the viscosity appropriately, so that various kinds of application systems can be used. A low dielectric constant film having a relative dielectric constant of about 2.5 can be thus obtained. Further, the liquid composition may be utilized as an abrasive for finishing.

  • Publication number: 20080183983
Abstract: This invention makes it possible to use an inexpensive memory as the line memory of a decoding circuit. To do this, a command comparator separates compressed data into a first command that requires memory access and a second command requires no memory access. A decoder requests memory read of decompressed data necessary for decompression of the first command, decodes the first command based on the decompressed data, and requests memory write of decompressed data obtained by decoding. A RAM access controller controls read and write of a RAM cache and a line memory and executes memory read and memory write corresponding to a request from the decoder.

  • Publication number: 20060227361
Abstract: A printer receives image information from a host computer and performs printing based on the image information. When an optional unit is newly attached to the printer, the printer changes the device ID which is selected from an ID ROM in accordance with the optional unit. Then output from an interface circuit is changed so that the host computer detects the change of the output from the interface circuit. The host computer makes a device-ID request to the printer to obtain the device ID corresponding to the optional device. Then the host computer determines whether or not a printer driver which is currently operative corresponds to the printer with the newly-attached optional device.

  • Patent number: 6150547
Abstract: This invention provides carbonic acid- and/or hydrogencarbonic acid-iron-hydrolyzates of casein complexes containing a large amount of iron, without causing precipitation after heating their aqueous solution or astringent taste and the processes for production thereof. The complexes of the present invention are prepared by (1) partial hydrolysis of carbonic acid- and/or hydrogencarbonic acid-iron-casein complexes with a protease or (2) mixing carbonic acid and/or hydrogencarbonic acid, iron and partial hydrolyzates of casein with a protease. These complexes are used favorably as food additives, raw materials of medicines or feed components due to their lack of precipitation by heating their aqueous solution, or astringent taste.
