  • Patent number: 7087671
Abstract: A front cover, a rear cover and a base portion are crushed into a crushed material, and further pelletized into a recycled plastic pellet. The recycled plastic pellet is used as a part of a molding material to produce mold plastic parts for a photosensitive material. When the molding material is melt in heat, a thermoplastic resin is deteriorated by heat or modified. Therefore, properties and qualities of recycled plastic mold parts are less than those of new ones. Further, when the thermoplastic resin is deteriorated by heat, the photosensitive material reacts with the thermoplastic resin to decomposed products having an bad influence on photographic characteristics. In order to prevent the deterioration by heat, oxidation inhibiting materials are added, and in order to absorb the decomposed products, carbon blacks are added.

  • Patent number: 6766109
Abstract: A camera casing of the present invention is an integral two-color molded product whose case main body (32) consists of a transparent rigid resin layer (32a) and an opaque rigid resin layer (32b). Essential parts of the camera are exposed through the transparent resin layer (32a), so the camera may be operated from outside the casing. The casing is collected and melted as a whole without discriminating between the transparent rigid resin and the opaque rigid resin, to be recycled as a material for the opaque resin layer (32b) when the case main body is newly formed by two-color injection molding.

  • Patent number: 5887048
Abstract: A reflecting mirror of an X-ray reflecting device is produced by a spherical surface machining method, and when the device is used, a desired aspherical reflecting surface can be obtained by elastically deforming the mirror with application of an external force. The device has the mirror 11 and a support member 17. The mirror 11 is made of elastically deformable material. A surface 11a of the mirror 11 is finished by the spherical surface machining method. When the device is used, pressure is applied against a rear surface 11b of the mirror 11 and the mirror 11 is deformed into a desired aspherical shape.

  • Patent number: 5832007
Abstract: An X-ray laser generating apparatus comprises a laser oscillator for generating a pulse laser beam, a pulse train converter for converting the pulse laser beam into a pulse train laser beam, an optical device for focusing the pulse train laser beam to a thin line, a target material placed at the laser beam focused position and generating high temperature plasma containing highly charged ions with irradiation of the linearly focused pulse train laser beam, a vacuum chamber for keeping a vicinity of the irradiated region of the target material under a decompressed state, and a pair of X-ray reflecting mirrors positioned on both sides of the target material and on the extended thin line, and at least one of the paired mirrors partially transmits X-ray.

  • Patent number: 5240754
Abstract: In a container for a photographic film cartridge having a body and a cap fitted to said body, the improvement comprising that said cap is molded from a resin containing more than 20% by weight of a low-pressure linear low-density polyethylene which is a copolymer of ethylene and butene-1 and has a density of 0.90 to 0.93 g/cm.sup.3 and a melt index of 8 to 60 g/10 minutes. In the case of the molding resin for the cap of the invention, heat resistance is high, and this resin smoothly flow in a molding machine though temperature of the molten resin is relatively low. Accordingly, coloring troubles hardly occur, and molding cycle can be shortened. This resin is also superior in injection moldability, and molding troubles such as roping, camber, kink and deformation are rare. Mold shrinkage is also little. Since fitting strength of the cap and container body is large, the cap is scarcely detached during packaging process.

  • Patent number: 5217779
Abstract: A magnetic disk cartridge is comprised of a cartridge body and a magnetic disk, which is housed in the cartridge body. The cartridge body is constituted of a high-impact polystyrene resin, which contains elastic grains in a proportion ranging from 7% by weight to 10% by weight. The elastic grains have grain diameters not less than 1 .mu.m. The elastic grains may be constituted of butadiene rubber. The cartridge body of the magnetic disk cartridge has high gloss and good abrasion resistance, and the magnetic disk cartridge can be manufactured at a low cost.

  • Patent number: 4796823
Abstract: A spool for a photographic film comprising 50 to 99.8 wt. % of polystyrene resin, 0.05 to 2.2 wt. % of dimethylpolysiloxane and/or modified dimethylpolysiloxane of which a part of methyl groups are substituted by carboxyalkyl groups, 0.5 to 6 wt. % of rubber and 0.05 to 3 wt. % of carbon black having a pH of 5 to 9 and a mean particle size of 10 to 120 m.mu., and the outer surface of the flange of the spool is made rough so that the reflectance of the incident light at an incident angle of 75 degrees is less than 40% in the direction of regular reflection at an angle of 75 degrees.Static frictional coefficient of this spool against metal is small, and thereby photographic film can be drawn out of a photographic film cartridge smoothly to the last. Breakage of the perforations of photographic film does not occur. The outer surface of the flange of the spool is not glossy and its reflectance is low.

  • Patent number: 4326257
Abstract: A tool breakdown detecting system having at least one predicted standard pattern of change in the cutting resistance of a tool corresponding to a possible breakdown is prestored in a memory and compared with an actual change pattern of the cutting resistance of the tool monitored during working. When a coincidence is found between the prestored change pattern and the actual change pattern of the tool this indicates a breakdown of tool an alarm signal is generated. The alarm signal can activate a visual or audible alarm as well as regulate the further movement of the tool.

  • Patent number: 4257317
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a paper container, where a parallelepiped inner body in the form of a box having no top panel board from a first blank sheet of corrugated board or card board is first fashioned. An outer body by packaging the inner body with a second blank sheet in such a manner that said outer body is in close contact with the outside of the inner body is then made. Finally, a continuous cut in the outer body is made to divide the outer body into the upper part and the lower part so that said upper part of the outer body can be detachably mounted on the inner body.
