  • Publication number: 20090077731
Abstract: This is a portable toilet device. Broken excrement may be certainly drained. Means (40) for breaking the excrement having crushing blades is installed in the stagnant portion (18) of the body (20) of the toilet device, means (200) for sending the broken excrement by compression, which sends compressed air into the stagnant portion (18), and a lid for open and closure that closes the stagnant portion (18) tightly are provided. When treating the excrement after bowel movement, the lid for open and closure is closed and then, by driving the means for breaking the excrement, the excrement is stirred and broken into fragments with the stagnant portion being tightly closed. After breaking the excrement into fragments, compressed air is jetted into the stagnant portion so that a liquid mixture formed by breaking the excrement into fragments can be sent by compression toward a side of drain hose (14).

  • Patent number: 4516555
Abstract: A fuel injection system having a fuel distributor which is connected to a fuel supply tube. The main fuel nozzles are fitted into openings in the lower surface of the fuel distributor and holes in the intake manifold near the main combustion chambers. A holding member supports the mid portion of the fuel nozzles and is connected to the fuel distributor. A fuel branching member is connected to the upper surface of the fuel distributor to supply fuel to the sub fuel injection nozzle. A cap seals the second end of the branched fuel passage from the atmosphere. An accommodating chamber is formed within a holding cylinder which is fitted about the leading end portion of the sub fuel injection nozzle. A fuel mixer is fitted within the accommodating chamber to emulsify the fuel. The emulsion is then injected into the unit sub intake passage through an emulsion tube. A holding member retains the sub fuel injection nozzle about its mid portion and is attached to the fuel branching member.

  • Patent number: 4249490
Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation system for an internal combustion engine employs a recirculation control valve in a passageway connecting the engine exhaust passage to the engine intake passage downstream from the throttle valve. An air conduit having an air control valve therein furnishes atmospheric air to the intake passage downstream from the throttle valve. Vacuum responsive actuators are provided for each of the control valves and they are operated by vacuum pressure regulated by a regulating valve, which is itself responsive to differential pressure between vacuum intensity in the intake passage upstream from said throttle valve and modified atmospheric pressure. The modified atmospheric pressure is obtained downstream from a variable throttling valve mounted in a bypass passage connected to the air conduit upstream and downstream with respect to a restriction therein.

  • Patent number: 4249504
Abstract: Exhaust gas recirculation apparatus for an internal combustion engine employs a vacuum responsive control valve in a passageway connecting the engine exhaust passage to the engine intake passage downstream from the throttle valve. A unitary housing comprising a base, a body, and a cap contains an air control valve and a regulating valve each having a flexible diaphragm responsive to differential pressure. The diaphragm for the air control valve is clamped between the cap and the body, and the diaphragm for the regulating valve is clamped between the body and the base. Vacuum pressures on opposite sides of the diaphragm for the air control valve are obtained from a control pipe system and from an air conduit downstream from the air control valve. Vacuum pressures on opposite sides of the diaphragm for the regulating valve are obtained from a vacuum line and from the air conduit upstream from the air control valve.

  • Patent number: 4235208
Abstract: A system for controlling introduction of gas into a passage of an internal combustion engine employs a first control valve in a gas introduction passageway, a second control valve in an air conduit connecting the intake passage to atmosphere, and a regulating valve responsive to vacuum intensity in the intake passage. The regulating valve actuates vacuum responsive actuators for the control valves. This system is used for recirculating exhaust gases into the intake passage. The regulating valve in combination with a restricted orifice for the actuator of the second control valve act to rapidly stop exhaust gas recirculation when the operator decelerates the engine.

  • Patent number: 3967595
Abstract: An internal combustion piston engine employs a stratified charge. Separate carburetor throats are provided for directing rich air-fuel mixture to a prechamber and lean air-fuel mixture to a main combustion chamber. The rich mixture is heated by the engine exhaust gases and then delivered to the prechamber. A spark plug ignites the rich mixture and causes a torch flame to project laterally through a torch slot in the prechamber wall into the main combustion chamber to ignite the lean mixture contained therein. In this way, the amount of unwanted emissions such as carbon monoxide may be reduced in the exhaust gases discharged into the atmosphere.
