  • Patent number: 7114307
Abstract: A filling and packaging machine capable of supplementing the shortage of heat quality without lowering package speed when a film is heat-sealed while being pressurized by a vertical sealing mechanism, comprising a film folding mechanism having an inner surface guide member for guiding the film laterally, formed on the inner surface side of the film folded up into two parts, a pair of right and left pre-heating block members having tilted support surfaces or are support surfaces formed along the width-direction of the film on the outer surface side of the film through a specified interval from the inner surface guide member so that the interval on the upstream side of the film in feeding direction is larger than the interval on the downstream side, and heaters installed in the pre-heating block members.

  • Publication number: 20060116468
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a method for producing a resin fine particle by which a resin fine particle with high sphericity and even particle diameter can easily be obtained, a resin fine particle obtained by the method for producing a resin fine particle, a polyolefin type resin fine particle, a polyester type resin fine particle, and an acrylic resin fine particle. The present invention is a method for producing a resin fine particle, which comprises a step 1 of heating and/or pressurizing a mixture of a resin and a fluid in which the resin is not dissolved in a normal temperature and normal pressure for making at least one component of the fluid supercritical state or subcritical state and a step 2 of decreasing the temperature of the fluid for releasing the pressure.

  • Publication number: 20040094008
Abstract: The cutting apparatus according to the present invention is adapted to cut off with a pair of cutting members a part to be cut off of each lateral seal portion of series-connected packaged bags in which packaged bags containing a material sealed therein by heat sealing a packaging film are continuously formed, the cutting members being formed of a rotatably provided rotary blade, and a receiving blade provided so as to face the rotary blade, the receiving blade being provided with a transfer mechanism adapted to be moved forward and rearward synchronously with a rotation of the rotary blade. Therefore, the series-connected packaged bags can be transferred with the portions swollen due to a packed material of the bags not contacting the receiving blade. This enables the cutting apparatus to transfer the series-connected packaged bags stably without hurting the packaging film.

  • Patent number: 6343883
Abstract: A cartridge is attached to a printer that performs a printing operation only when the cartridge is a predetermined kind of the cartridge. The cartridge includes a first predetermined number of magnet holders provided on the cartridge and a second predetermined number of magnets each of which is received in a corresponding one of the magnet holders. A maximum value of the second predetermined number is equal to the first predetermined number. A combination of the magnet holders having the magnets therein indicates the kind of the cartridge. The image forming apparatus comprises a detector section and an identifying section. The detector has magnetic sensor elements each of which detects a magnetic flux of a corresponding one of the magnets. The identifying section compares reference data with a combination of outputs of the magnetic sensor elements so as to identify the kind of the cartridge.
