    Abstract: A vehicle floor panel is provided, on the surface thereof, with an elongated rigid member formed with an inverted U-shaped opening forming a lug portion. A generally U-shaped hook member pivotally connected to the back of a floor trimming is engageable with the lug portion for fastening the floor trimming to the vehicle floor panel.
