  • Patent number: 8316879
Abstract: A method in which a pressure in an imaginary vacuum container is determined by calculation based on a gas flow rate difference between an estimated discharge gas amount determined from the actual opening degree of a vacuum valve provided on the discharge conduit of a vacuum container and an estimated inflow gas amount determined in the preceding operation period, an estimated inflow gas amount at the present time is determined based on a difference between the calculated pressure and a pressure measured in an actual vacuum container by a pressure meter, a set discharge gas amount is determined by adding, to the estimated inflow gas amount, a correction gas amount obtained based on a pressure deviation between a set pressure and the measured pressure, and the degree of opening of the vacuum valve is controlled such that a discharge gas amount reaches the set discharge gas amount.

  • Patent number: 6795041
Abstract: According to a mixed reality realizing system of the present invention, when a viewer wears a head mount display (HMD) including a video display and a CCD camera, and views an exhibit using an optical see-through type system, identification signals and position signals transmitted from infrared LEDs located around the exhibit are received to determine a position of the exhibit, and to superimpose contents such as explanations of the exhibit, which have been stored in advance in a portable computer, on a predetermined position on the video display where the exhibit is displayed.

  • Patent number: 5139354
Abstract: A printer suitable for use with either a continuous printing form or a separate printing form, includes a printer casing having projections on both sides thereof and a rearwardly inclined groove located below the projections. The paper shelf has elongated grooves formed at both sides of the front portion thereof so as to engage the projections of the printer casing, respectively. When a separate printing form is used, the rear end of the paper shelf is raised by pivoting the paper shelf about the projections of the printer casing and the front edge thereof enters the inclined groove of the printer casing so that when the rear ends of the elongated grooves engage the projections, the paper shelf is positioned by the inclined groove and the projections of the printer casing.

  • Patent number: 5067911
Abstract: An IC holder comprises an upper frame portion having a plurality of guide grooves formed in opposing inner surface portions thereof for frictionally holding a plurality of terminal pins of an IC element, a lower frame portion formed integrally on the lower side of the upper frame portion which can be fitted to the periphery of an IC socket to which the IC element is attached, and a lateral plate portion formed integrally with either the upper frame portion or the lower frame portion which faces the bottom surface of a package of the IC element to restrict the depth of fitting of the IC element. The upper frame portion has a protrusion, ridge, or recess for indicating the direction of fitting of the IC element in relation to the upper frame portion. The bottom surface of the lateral plate portion has protrusions which cooperate with bridges of the IC socket to restrict the direction of fitting of the lower frame portion in relation to the IC socket.
