  • Patent number: 10625903
Abstract: A method of filling a container (30) with a liquid content (31), by ejecting a multilayer filler that includes a core layer of the fluid content and an outermost layer of a liquid while forming a film of the liquid between the inner wall of the container and the liquid content.

  • Patent number: 10065756
Abstract: Disclosed is a device for gas replacement capable of reducing the amount of replacement gas, improving a gas replacement rate, and reducing the amount of split liquid. In a replacement nozzle (11) which blows the replacement gas toward a container opening portion symmetrically about a center line in the container radial direction, the space between nozzle port outermost walls is divided with a plurality of wind direction adjustment plates (16a, 16b) to generate a plurality of blowout ports. The replacement gas flow blowing along the outermost walls of the nozzle opening are so blown inward as to form an angle of 100° to 130°. Moreover, the replacement gas is blown from the replacement nozzle to the range between the level lower than the end of the can opening by one third or more the height of the can neck portion and the level equal to or higher than the height of the can cover.

  • Publication number: 20140166607
Abstract: A container having a mouth portion forming, on the outer circumferential surface thereof, a screw thread for fastening a cap, wherein an arcuate or annular horizontally recessed portion is formed between the upper end of the screw thread and the upper end of the mouth portion or in the screw thread, and the angle ? of the upper wall surface of the horizontally recessed portion is set to be 80 degrees to 150 degrees relative to the vertical direction. The container has a mouth portion forming, on the outer circumferential surface thereof, a screw thread for fastening a cap without forming a coating that covers the mouth portion, and effectively prevents the liquid contained therein from dripping along the outer circumferential surface of the mouth portion when the liquid contained therein is poured out from the mouth portion.

  • Publication number: 20140104686
Abstract: A structure has a processed part formed by the occurrence of photodisintegration attributed to the application of pulsed laser light. A fine periodic composition in which a plurality of processed parts are arranged in the form of grid cross points is formed in one region of the structure. A large number of regions are arranged in the structure. Each of a plurality of ranges obtained by the division of a surface in which the regions are arranged is a region-forming range. One or more regions are arranged in one region-forming range, and the arrangement directions of the processed parts formed in each of the large number of regions vary according to the region-forming ranges.
