  • Patent number: 6160564
Abstract: A color electrostatic recorder of a single path system includes electrostatic recording heads conveyed in sliding contact with a recording medium for forming electrostatic latent images, developers provided in pairs to the electrostatic recording heads for developing the electrostatic latent images, and adjustable sliding contact of the recording medium with the electrostatic recording heads. The electrostatic recording heads and developer are provided in series as required, the radii of surface curvature in the electrostatic recording heads are made larger on the downstream side in the moving direction of a recording medium than on the upstream side, and the pressure of electrostatic recording heads on the recording medium is adjustable according to the type of the recording medium.

  • Patent number: 6029035
Abstract: An electrostatic recorder includes electrostatic latent image recorder elements for forming an electrostatic latent image on a recording medium conveyed at a predetermined speed, a liquid toner feed for feeding a toner to a surface of the recording medium on which an electrostatic image is formed, and a toner recoverer for recovering an excess of toner stuck to the recording medium. The toner recoverer can execute the recovery of an excess of toner not only by suction but also by scraping from the recording medium prior to this suction. Members for eliminating the mixing of foreign matters into the feed side in conjunction with the recovered toner are also provided.

  • Patent number: 5530690
Abstract: A multi-needle recording head has retaining members within an electrode support block, each retaining member serving to retain a recording electrode wire. The retaining members can not only lessen a stress generated by the hardening and contracting of a resin, but also prevent generation of defects such as cracks in the vicinity of recording electrodes on a head surface. Further, such multi-needle recording head is obtained by retaining the recording electrode wires by the retaining members, each retaining member having a pressure sensitive adhesive agent or an adhesive arranged at least on a surface thereof contacting the recording electrode wire, with the recording electrode wires wound around the winding jig before the recording electrode wires are cast into the electrode support block made of the electrically insulating resin.

  • Patent number: 4073580
Abstract: A fade photographing controlling apparatus for a cine or movie camera comprises a rotary member adapted for alternate rotation through 180.degree. in a first direction and in an opposite, second direction, and a cam member including first and second eccentric cam surfaces and adapted to be coupled with the rotary member for rotation therewith only when the rotary member rotates in the first direction. The initial rotation of the rotary member in the first direction is utilized for fade out photographing, and the succeeding rotation of the rotary member in the second direction is used to reversely feed the film portion which has been used during the fade out photographing, while a final rotation of the rotary member in the first direction is utilized for fade in photography on the same film portion.
