Abstract: A method of providing hollow cast products using a filling unit wherein a non-solid material is filled into elastic molds having open bag shaped interior filling sections by a filling nozzle insertable internally of the filling sections of the elastic molds and a blowing nozzle for blowing air into the filling section, which includes: partly filling the filling sections of the elastic molds with the non-solid material, and blowing air into the partly filled filling sections before the material solidifies to blow the material upward and solidify the material on the inner peripheral surface of the filling sections.

Abstract: An elastic mould of this invention includes a pattern and a fixing sheet which is integrally mounted at an open edge of the pattern. The elastic mould is manufactured by dipping a pattern mounted on a plate into an elastic body-producing solution to form a gel-like elastic film, withdrawing, drying and vulcanizing the object thus formed, and peeling the elastic film off the pattern to obtain a mould having a fixing member as an integral part of the mould.

Abstract: An elastic forming die with an aperture section through which a molding material is charged, including a main mold section in membrane form which acts as a female mold for the molded product; a conical section in membrane form which is connected to the aperture section and expands outwardly in the shape of a cone; and an aperture roll section provided at the outer peripheral edge of the cone section, and a method for manufacturing this elastic forming die. Because the elastic forming die is provided with the conical section which is connected to the aperture section and expands outwardly, the release of the molded product from the mold is extremely easy and the elastic forming die can be used to manufacture molded products such as chocolate, jelly, and the like. The molding method using the elastic forming die features the release of the molded product utilizing said cone section.
