The primary data outputting unit is configured to perform transmission of predetermined primary data to the server through the communicator when the abnormal state determiner determines that the abnormal state has occurred. The secondary data outputting unit is configured to perform transmission of secondary data having a data volume greater than a data volume of the primary data to the server through the communicator upon receipt of a data request transmitted by the server in response to the transmission of the primary data.
