    Abstract: The present invention discloses a wet type electro-photographic recording apparatus having a simple structure and a high quality without uneven density, and capable of miniaturizing the apparatus. Around a rotary drum, an exposing section, a pre-bath treatment portion and a developing portion are disposed. The exposing section is disposed on an upstream region in a rotating direction of the rotary drum with respect to a lower extreme position of the rotary drum, and in an upper portion of the rotary drum. The pre-bath treatment portion is disposed at a position between the upper portion where the exposing section is disposed and the lower extreme position of the rotary drum.
